This is a beautifully made boot. The brand recommends sizing up and that is good advice. I bought one size larger than my normal size and the fit is just right.

These boots are gorgeous, but I wear a 10 and followed the advice to size up to 11, and it was still too snug and narrow for my foot. Also, the shaft height is shorter than I was expecting, and it hit at an awkward part of my average-width ankles. Sad these didn’t work out.

Following other reviews, I ordered a size up. I should have ordered my regular size because these are much too large for me. These boots feel pretty rigid inside. The insole is not soft and there is no flocking along the shaft. The style is attractive though.

I could not get them on. The seemed like lovely boots but have no heel tab to help pull them on! They really need boot pull tabs on the heel.

Arrived in a bag rather than a box. Shoe box was damaged and boots have clearly been worn. No receipt or information inside. Unacceptable.

I'm still wearing these 2 1/2 years later. They feel great, get lots of compliments, and have lasted!

Love the slim look of the Iman Chelsea boot. They fit well out of the box, and I look forward to wearing them this winter!

Loved the style of the boot , and the comfort when i could get it on, It was almost impossible ,even with a shoehorn' to get over my ankle. I could only accomplish it when wearing the thinnest of hose. Once on they were oh so comfortable..... So sadly, I must return them
