The leather felt brittle and plastic. The sole has no flexibility and squeaks when I walk. Overall, the quality of materials is a bit less than I’d expect from a $30 import boot on Amazon (from personal experience those are better). I have no confidence they’re durable enough to withstand regular use.
The fit though... wow. I’m not sure the designers are familiar with the shape of a human foot. In addition to the hard, flat, inflexible sole the upper bridge across the top of the foot is unforgivingly tight, even unlaced. Add in how narrow it is and it’s a recipe for misery. Painful to put on, difficult to walk in, and a squeaky sole.
