Bought these last season and loved them. Fit was great. Started riding this season and the BOA started separating from the lower part of the boot. Warranty department said I was SOL (out of the warranty time window) which is fair, but just letting other customers know to beware, they may only last 1 season.

I am an advanced rider coming from thirtytwo boots. I tried on thirtytwos, burton, etc. but these Vans were by far the most comfortable. And the ankle support locks in your foot so well. I didn't even want to buy Vans but they were just so much better than the competition. Just the right amount of stiffness. Very warm and comfy. I rode them 7 days straight right after buying and they are perfect.

Fourth season as an advanced rider. These boots are incredibly durable and perform in all aspect of the mountain. My boa system is strong and stiff. This is a stiff boot but can be playful too. The liners mold to your feet once they're packed in, and I've never had any other boot hold up like these. Genuinely recommend these boots if you are going to take care of them. Common mistake is resting your board on the boot and cutting the stitching to the boot.

I'm a lift operator and I've worn these boots nearly every single shift I've worked the past 3 seasons. I have >200 days and counting (91 days 20-21 season, 77 days 21-22, and 51 days currently this season) in my current pair and am about to purchase another. They are very comfortable and durable. They feel just like wearing a pair of regular sk8-hi skate shoes after being broken in. They perform well in every condition I ride; groomed corduroy, park, glades, or 8in+ of powder, never had an issue.
I suspect the negative reviews come from individuals who didn't heat mold their boots nor wore them enough to break them in. Similar to them, I did experience the ankle irritation in the beginning. It hurt the first couple days. However, with heat molding and after about 8-10 full ride days of wear, it went away and the boots were broken in. Ever since they've been the most comfortable snowboard boots I've owned, and they're warm too.

I went snowboarding with these and they were warm and worked well. Ultra thin socks are a MUST when wearing these. I bought a size 11, I'm about 10.5

I do a lot of day trips with the kids. So, 4 hours driving to mountain - board all day, 4 hours driving home. My feet feel amazing even after that abuse. Can keep up with the kids running in and out of bathroom, lodge for food. Super Cush comfy.

I tried on 7 different pairs of boots at Evo and ended up deciding on the Aura Pro as they largely fit and flexed the same as the ThirtyTwo Lashed yet cost $70 less. After 8 days of riding they're a massive improvement over my K2 Maysis boots which left me with foot pain and numbness in the toes. These fit great with minimal heel lift, are reasonably comfortable to walk in (About as well as snowboard boots are walking, anyway) feel plenty responsive in Burton Mission bindings on a 2022 Huck Knife and once they're dialed in stay tight. I do need to adjust them once I've been on my feet a while, but that's a given due to foot swelling that happens normally when you're on your feet. No real hot spots to report besides some minimal rubbing on the inside of my ankle that doesn't hurt and doesn't blister, but I suspect it's just some break in as I haven't noticed it recently. I did replace the insole with one that matched my arch better, but unlike most snowboard boots the insole does look pretty comfortable and substantial as long as it matches your foot.
I'd happily buy again, and as long as they keep fitting the same, I probably will.

Read the negative reviews and was sketchy about buying these. I wore them for two full days of boarding and had no ankle or shin pain. Awesome boots!

Bought 2021 Christmas for our 16 year old snowboarding daughter!! She loves her other Vans and her older sister had heard great things about their Snowboarding boots. So it was a no brainer. She's loving them!! Boarded all over Mt Baker with her new gear!!!

No amount of engineering can account for how each foot is different. I read the negative reviews but these feel great on me and the ankle support helps prevent heel lift. I bought one size up from my normal size. This is my 3rd pair of vans snowboard boots. First pair lasted 14 years, second 14 years, so this likely the last I'll have to buy.

Present for my son, he loved them but we have to exchange the size for a hole bigger size. The second pair came fast and he is super happy with his new boots (pretty cool looking!)

Purchased September 2024 and I've spent 7 days using these boots. These have been difficult to work each day.
The BOA system does not stay put! I find myself tightening the shin BOA at least 2 spins + ankle BOA at least .5 spins (because it doesn't tighten down much anyway) EVERY 3 RUNS.
All this to say I spent more time tightening these boots than enjoying them. Not sure if my BOAs are faulty or if it's the structure of the boot. Wish I could return these and go with old school laces. The "convienence" of BOA is a sham.

I wore these for one season and the Boa broke. I love them but don't think I'd by another pair just because of that. I reached out to try warranty for didn't hear back.

I got them up in the Moutain last year. After fitting, i got my size. The first hour was ok til the next couple hours later. I started feeling the hot spots over my shin and ankle. Its painful.

These boots suffer from poor engineering. Something in the liners digs into the inner ankle bone. No amount of fitting fixes the issue. do not buy.

These boots are horrible. There is something wrong in the heel ankle construction. They create intense ankle pain. They are basically unwearable. I would advise VAN to discontinue these boots as it's borderline fraud selling these to people. I also was recommended these through curated and can't wear or return them. They are brand new and unwearable. Anyone review that claims these are great boots is a fake review, plain and simple.

I wish I could rate this a zero. The boot is poorly designed. The first pair I bought broke within 5 used. The boa came out of the stitching. I sent them back and got a refund. Stupidly I bought the same exact pair and the same exact thing happened. When I tried to go back to get a refund they claimed it was a boa malfunction and I needed to contact them however the boa was still in tact and the stitching is just very poor. Overall very disappointed by vans, I would strongly recommend not buying snowboard boots from them unless you want to waste your money.

Vans has the worst customer service issues I've ever encountered. About 25 days on mountain and the stitching is coming apart between the boot and boa wire. After contacting Vans for repair or replacement, they could care less. I understand normal shoes but expensive technical snowboard boots that are the PRO model should hold up better. I've been a lifelong customer. Really sucks how bad customer service is there.

2023 model boots are the worst! Just like everyone said the ankle pain is terrible. I rode these 5 times thinking they would break in but they never did, super painful. I also reached out to Vans and they were even worse. Since I bought them on offerup they said the warranty was not valid. I told them these are 2023 and it shouldn't matter where I bought them, Vans should stand by there products but they disagreed. The worst customer experience ever. BUY BURTON where they at least fix the issue regardless of where you buy it from.

Bought these to replace my 12 year old DC boots. Thought they felt comfortable at first and figured the heel lock would be nice but after riding for 2 days the outside of my ankles mostly under the bone are bruised and hurt like crazy. I typically like vans but would not recommend these.

I wore the boots for 11 days last year and both side boas stopped loosening when reaching out to customer service they provided zero help said my warranty was 7 days past and then would not provide me any additional Information on how to fix the boa. Boots are not very comfortable cheap materials and break easil. spend the money on a nice pair from NOT vans!
