Liked how these boots fit (didn't have an issue with the heel, as a previous reviewer mentioned). However, the worn out look of the suede isn't even and this particular pair of boots had a nice sized spot of each shoe that was much lighter in color than the rest of the boot. I like distressed suede a lot, but not the way it was put together here. Might have kept them otherwise - but back to Zappos they go.

I really wanted to love these but the toe area is too tight. The size was right but not the width in the upper foot area. I love Ecco shoes and have several pairs but these just aren't wide enough, my toes felt cramped. Everything else about this shoe was pretty great, though.

The manufacturing of this boot left a piece of plastic that sticks up in the heel. It is under the insole and feels like there is a rock under in the shoe. I would have kept the boots if it didn't have that in (both) shoes.

The most comfortable boot I ve ever worn right out of the box. Very good looking, great color and fit.

I am not a fan of boots, always fine them confining and hard to put on. These are my go-to-favorite boots! They are uber-easy to put on and off because of the zippers on both sides. They are as comfy as sneakers without breaking them in. They have a nice pebble-type leather and look great with leggings. Also affordable!

I could not get these on at all! Is there a hidden zipper somewhere that is supposed to allow more access to get them on? With the inside zipper completely unzipped there was no way for me to get these on. I checked my foot vs. the bottom of the boot and it appears that this is the correct size. Why is it so hard to get it on? I gave up and unfortunately will return.

I wore them on a short walk. they hurt my arches so badly i had trouble getting home.
