I returned these, with regret, because they were too snug in the toe area. I am old enough to have to take good care of my feet, and I was afraid that I would be sorry if I stood all day in these shoes. It is a shame, because I love the style and especially the aubergine color. I have worn Clark's for years and always take a size 9M (though my feet are on the narrow side). My last pair of Clark's was about a half size too big. It's frustrating; you ought to be able to count on size consistency within a brand.

Loved the look, loved the color. The Mary Jane strap helped hide my ankle pronation. Would have kept them but my toes were a bit cramped, started developing a redness. Really nice shoe if your foot is on the narrow side. The shoe has a very stable feel to it.

These are cute shoes if you want a slightly funky look with pants. I was hoping to wear with dresses but they are way too clunky for that and I'll be returning them. The fit seemed good except it was a bit tight across the top of my foot. I only tried them on for a minute or two, so maybe that would have stretched, or maybe it would have given me a blister.

Feels like a dream right out the box. Haven’t danced in them yet, will update when I do.??.

This was just an okay shoe. Kind of clunky, tight at the top of the shoe, including the toes. I returned them, but purchased the Clark’s Rosalyn Wren instead. They are much more comfortable and a lot cuter.

Because I have narrow heels, I prefer Mary Janes over pumps. (Pumps fall right off my feet.) However, the strap across the instep was loose and can't be adjusted, so I couldn't secure the shoe. Further, there's Velcro under the part of the strap that can be adjusted. When will shoe designers realize that Velcro rips up tights and pantyhose? These shoes are cute, but I had to return them.

Less than 2 minutes and I was not happy. The leather upper looks cheap, I ordered a wide because of the reviews which normally I have to wear thick trouser socks with and these were too narrow, pinched the little toe right off the bat! Pantyhose thickness is too thick for these as they run so narrow, also, the strap at the bottom cuts into your foot and is very uncomfortable! Wished I had really listened to the reviews instead of wasting my time thinking "Oh these are Clarks, they will be awesome". Now I get the pleasure of taking them back to a UPS store several miles away as well as still do not have nice shoes to wear with my dress pants. Big ZERO on these. p.s. and I wasted a great 15.00 off coupon.
