While the length of the shoe was great (I wear a size 11), the width of the shoe, near the toe box, where the patent leather and fabric meet was rubbing.

I have only worn these once but they make a noise when I walk. Am hoping that improves as I break them in. The toe box is a bit roomier than other flats I’ve tried and I like that. Got lots of compliments on them!

Love. Love. Love these shoes. I spend much of my day walking and standing. These shoes are wonderful all day. I have the dark blue and the black.

I have a pair of Clark's ballerina flats that I bought several years ago. They are getting worn and I needed to replace them, so I ordered this style. It's a very pretty shoe with good arch support, but I found that as I walked in them my foot would slide forward and leave a gap between the ankle and heel. My toe would bump against the tip of the shoe. The width on the left foot wasn't very accommodating of the bunion on that foot. I don't think a larger size or width would be helpful, so I am returning them.

Something is off with the fit on my feet. I thought they were going to be fine, and wore them to work. However, within a few hours, the back of the shoes had caused blistering to my heels despite footie socks. I thought it would get better, but I still have to cover my heels with bandages every time I wear them. I’m so mad at myself for keeping them. They look good and go with many styles.

Really nice style and probably very comfortable if they are the correct size. I normally wear 81/2 M, which is what I ordered. However, they were way too tight, so I'll be ordering an 8 1/2 W, and am hoping they work!

Bought my usual size (10W) and these shoes fit like a dream. Gorgeous color. Good for a dressy outfit or casual.

I wanted to love these as I needed some navy blue dress flats. I normally wear Size 11W. I got these because I had tried them on in a store and they seemed wide enough. If you are a true size 11W, these are too narrow. I wore them for about 1/2 a day at work and they started hurting my feet. I'm going to take them to a shoe repair shop and see if they can stretch them. Don't waste your money if you really need a wide width.

This shoe has a squared off toe with an interesting pattern. It felt like a hard base so I don't think it would provide walking or long day comfort.

Ordered my usual 9.5 wide. The length is good but the fit is too narrow in the toe box. The 10 will definitely be too long, and there is no WW, so have to return.

These shoes have just enough detail for formal occasions but also work well for everyday. The leather is comfortable and the shoes bend easily. The heel height and skid-proof bottom are perfect for winter wear.

I wear either an 8N or 7.5M. I wear a 8N or 7.5M Zappos had no narrow widths so I ordered this in 7.5M and it fit perfectly. Plenty of wiggle room in the toe, comfortable enough to wear barefoot (or with hosiery). Not enough room to wear socks but I wouldn't do that with a flat anyway.

I loved the feel of this shoe, it was just way too wide.

Not my first choice for stylish flats and somewhat matronly, but these are comfortable. They have removable insoles, and my orthotics will fit. Although I usually wear an 8.5, I ordered the 8, and I can make them work if I add a heel liner. But I'm also going to try a 7.5 to see if I can get a snugger heel fit, without making the bunion scream. I need something to wear with a dress for a cruise and I can't do heels anymore.

These fit perfectly and have good support. I know my size and these are true to size. I have small bunions and they do not bother them at all. I wear them all day at work and my feet don't hurt at all. I have been hunting for a nice pair of navy shoes and these go with dresses or slacks. Clark's are one of my go to brands. Very happy with my purchase.

Shoe is a beautiful color and fit true to size. Would recommend to a friend. Purchased to wear with a formal gown in a cruise. Perfect !

I am sorry to have to return these cute comfortable Clarks. Even with no show Smartwool socks, these are just too big. I used to wear Clarks 11SS, but the new Narrow does not fit me now. Sad to give up Clarks!

These are nice. Nothing amazing, but decently comfortable and stylish. The navy is understated enough in person that it almost looks black depending on the lighting.

The insole is nice and bouncy. The wide feels true to width. Like all flats of this style, the back rubs at the ankle and the toe box is a little pinchy until you break them in. They feel very comfortable overall, though, and kinda go with everything.

This is my 3rd Clark's unstructured and they fit me well, including the heel is narrow enough my foot doesn't slide out when I walk. Wish this shoe had a higher toe box at the very end of the shoe as it initially put pressure on my big toe, but after 3 days of wearing them, it seems to be fine. The style could easily have just left off the "taper" on the top of the toe box. I wear 7.5M or 8N and in most shoes, the heel is not narrow enough.

I wanted to love these shoes, but unfortunately, they hit the knuckle at the base of my big toe in a way that was too painful to even consider wearing. The left foot was fine, but the right didn’t work. I chalk this up to my feet and some arthritis, so they would likely work for most people. Just not for me.

I need good shoes. I have a number of foot issues and am getting ready to have a procedure on my foot to remove bone spurs. My feet hurt mostly all the time. Gone are the days I can wear the cute, high-heeled shoes of my youth. I am always looking for something cute and comfortable. These are cute enough but not really all that comfortable. Just so-so, but I am keeping them. I like the patent leather and the hard-to-find navy blue. The heel is too wide but I can’t really find anything better so I am keeping them. I wouldn’t necessarily walk around in these outside as they don’t really have enough support. They are fine for indoors. They are definitely better than most ballet flats.
