I walk 20-30km daily in Toronto w dogs. Just bought these before Xmas and so disappointed that barely wear them now. Yes they are water proof and perform well in that regard in the snow but the toe pocket freezes to the point can't feel my toes. Yesterday while cleared my car of snow and chatted to a neighbour for 5mins my toes froze to the point where couldn't feel my right foot as that boot is tighter than left. Would never recommend these and regret not getting the chilkat boot which has a wider toe box. These are so narrow you can't put heavier socks on either. Have tried all my outdoor socks w these and still an ice box toe box. I wear all TNF gear while outdoors all day w dogs but these have been a complete fail. Don't waste your money.

These fit perfectly. I wore them along with thick socks and was outside for 30 to 60 minutes at a time in -30 to -10 degree weather (in Fairbanks, Alaska). Felt comfortable and warm the whole time!

While these weren’t what I was looking for, the day after they arrived we got snow and I was glad to have these. They’re pretty rigid and hefty, but that’s just what you need in a snow boot. I have extremely narrow feet and the heel is a tad loose. But in all, I would recommend these as a show boot.

I ordered the size recommended by the sizing chart. It was too small. I recommend ordering a full size larger than usual as this style of boot will not stretch with wear. That is the reason for the 4 stars; otherwise 5 stars.

These would have been perfect for my needs, but they run narrow. I have a slightly wider foot, but I usually am able to wear regular width shoes and boots. These boots squeezed my toes together uncomfortably. They’re light and easy to move in. I like their height so that I could walk around in the snow without snow pants. The tongue is gusseted and matches the height of the boot shaft. Their looks are okay- not as cute as my old Sorels, but not moon boots either. I can’t speak to their warmth, as I only wore them in my living room and returned them.

First of all, order a full size up. I am usually an 8 1/2 but read reviews and ordered a 9 1/2. I'm so thankful I did! It fits perfectly and room for thick wool socks. Wore in 7 deg weather and snow in Breckenridge. Walked for hours and my feet never got cold or hurt. Soooo comfy and warm.

I like how the design and functionality both are great in this product. You usually just get either and I am happy to have purchased it.

I honestly adore these! I was going to get {WOMEN'S SHELLISTA II MID BOOTS} but decided not to because of reviews stating that the boots didn't keep their feet warm. So I got these instead since they're just as cute and they're SHELLISTA III (an improved version of SHELLISTA II). I'm normally a 7.5 wide in most shoes but got an 8.5 in these and they fit wonderfully. Obviously I'm going to have to break them in because they're snug but not uncomfortably snug. The insulation in them already had my feet toasty just from trying them on and test walking around in them in my apartment. I'd like to mention I have pretty wide thick calves- 17.5 (at the widest point) to be exact and these still lace up with no gaps between the tongue and sides of the boot. Yay! I also walk to work so these boots will be awesome for that. I'm really impressed and excited to actually wear these in the upcoming months with my Vermont Darn Tough Socks!

I am a mail carrier so I purchase this boots thinking it'll be great for winter but it's not warm nor is it waterproof. My feet was soaking during light rain. I was so disappointed.

These boots are really cute and comfortable, but my toes FROZE! Tried them twice with different pairs of smartwool socks, but they just didn't work for me. And, I'm super disappointed in TNF return policy for footwear. They won't take them back if they've been worn. Seriously?! With snow boots especially, you really have to try them out in the conditions to know if they're good or not. For a brand that is supposed to be about quality and craftmanship, I would think that they would have a better return policy and stand by their footwear. Definitely don't spend your money on these.

Love these brown boots for winter months on the Navajo Nation. I got size 5.5 (my usual shoes size) and they fit me like gloves. I wear these for weekend hiking to different national parks and monuments around the Four Corners area and absolutely love them!

Bought a pair in size 6 (my usual shoe size) for a snowshoeing trip and they were great. I was initially concerned about how my toes felt mildly compressed due to the rubber construct of the toe area, especially when worn with thick wool socks since I have wide feet. I tried a size 6.5 for comparison and the heel felt too loose so I kept the size 6 with hesitation. However, when I wore them and went snowshoeing, it performed well! The toe area was not an issue, my toes got only mildly cold, and overall felt comfortable throughout the hike. I suspect it's not roomy enough for me to fit toe warmers, but for 30 degrees Tahoe weather the boots were warm enough for me. I was also unsure whether the mid-calf coverage would be too much stiffness for hiking up hills, but it was not bothersome at all. The calves did get a little too warm at times which I resolved by layering less in the legs the next day.

Comfortable and warm boots. I normally wear a size 7 and ordered a 7.5 based on other reviews so I could wear with thick socks. They fit perfectly and should be good for snowy/icy Maine winters. They look great in person.

Got them for my wife for her birthday and she thinks they're great! Haven't tested them a ton yet, but they worked well for camping last weekend! It was around 40 degrees and the location was on the muddy side. Kept her feet warm (not that 40 degrees is terribly cold) and they were easy to clean off.
