these boots are cute but they are too narrow in the top of my foot. Length is fine. I usually don't ever need wide shoes. These were too narrow in the toes.

I normally wear an 8 to 8 1/2 medium. Ordered 8 1/2 W. These are surprisingly long, but the wide is not wide enough to wear any but the thinnest socks.

Ive always had good luck with Clark's shoes and these boots didn't let me down. The leather is really nice. They look good with slacks. Most importantly they are very comfortable even though I have a bunion that is often a problem when buying shoes. I had a hard time finding boots/booties that were flat and had a decent sole so I was happy when I found these.

Really nice ankle boots. They even fit over my often swollen ankles, thanks to the side zipper. I like the mix of leather and suede. Since I now only wear fairly flat footwear, these have just the right amount of wedge to give a little lift. Like the Clarks fit and quality I can always count on. A nice looking and nice feeling basic boot.

These shoes, in size 7.5 W, have worn very well after several weeks walking in the rainy UK and snowy US. They are comfortable, warm, and stylish (to me). They are not water resistant at the seams/toes, so they do require sealant. I thought I needed a WW, but they actually broke in perfectly and fit as-is. I'm generally between 7.5 and 8 (39) and a minimum of a wide width.

These boots fit well and are good looking. I kept them after trying on many others. I wanted to try a WW, but Zappos didn’t have any. The 7.5 W is good and proportional, but just barely wide enough if you’re on the cusp of W and WW.

I’m very pleased with these boots! I looked long and hard to find a pair that are cute, comfortable, easy to get on and have a sole with a decent amount of traction without looking like moon boots. In other words, a utility player. I don’t want to own / store multiple pairs of boots. These fit the bill! I especially like the zipper (subtle and functional), the cute seam detail and the look of the sole. I thought Sorel’s Chelsea Harlow was slightly cuter, but it was really hard to put on. Clark’s for the win!

I tried two sizes. The first was a wide based on some reviews. Way too big. Tried the medium. One shoe fit- the other was too tight. No arch support. Just not comfortable at all. I liked the look of the shoe and the leather was soft. Very disappointed. Could always buy Clark’s without a problem. Wear them all day. It’s been my ‘go to shoe’ for years. I’m going to try some other brands.

Was a bit nervous when I ordered about how boot wasn’t narrow ..fit me fine ?

I really liked this boot and really wanted it to work. The quality of the leather and suede are great. I have a slightly wider foot across the ball with a narrower heel. The wide width was perfect, but the back end was a bit too wide, and the openness of the top made the whole boot flop around my ankle. But then, I don't wear a lot of leggings, and that might help. The sole was not really for snow and ice. Also, I need a sole that doesn't flex, and while I thought at first they might work, they became too flexible.

I love the look of this boot. But alas, the left boot was noticeably (as in, you could even see it) smaller than the right. The right one fit perfect. But I couldn't even get the left one onto my foot. Both were marked the same size. Disappointed. Had to return.

I have terrible bunions and have a really hard time finding shoes that fit and don't look like boats on my feet. I bought these boots based on other shopper's recommendations on this site and I'm glad I did!

I looked and looked for a shoe I can wear to an office & look professional yet casual. Also, I wanted a flat heel and a wide toe. These short boots really work. They are attractive & very comfortable. The wide was actually wide. They're easy to wear & easy to walk in. They look really cute with pants. I'm very , very happy with these short boots!

Great fit! I have bad bunions and ordered these in a wide. They’re slightly loose in the heel bit are some comfy! The leather is soft which is perfect for bunions and stretches a little. I’m very happy with these boots and I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit.

This seems like a nice well made shoe and it was comfortable. Sending back because don't like the color.

Really a great looking, leather great, but I ordered a wide based on reviews. But acturally it was way to wide. I wish it would of fit better. SO SORRY TO HAVE TO RETURN.

Fit was great. Very comfortable. I didn't really care for the suede on the back part of this boot. I wear boots in the winter due to rain and snow. And I spray them with waterproofing. Suede just isn't that great for bad weather. So, I did return them. Had they been all regular leather, I would have kept them in a flash. So comfortable.

These boots are so comfortable! And I feel they are stylish as well. What more can I ask? Perfect on every way,

I absolutely LOVED this boot, but I hat to return it. I loved the material, the Opanka construction, the look and everything about the look (it is EXACTLY what I am looking for, but the heel slips slightly. The 7.5 medium also felt snug across the ball of the foot when I tried it with a thicker sock to combat the heel slippage. SO, I ordered the 7 W and that felt great in the toe box area, but again even more heel slippage so I am returning them but really wanted them to work. For this price they really have to be perfect, and while close in most ways I am still sending them back

These felt true to size. I'm most comfortable in a 71/2WW, but since the widths on these only came up to W, I took a chance on the 71/2W. They initially felt a bit snug in my arch area, but felt absolutely comfortable after a few hours of wear. Granted, I will not be wearing these with bulky socks, but I do like them. I may even buy another color.

Comfortable and cute!

I have a wide foot and high arches . I am a teacher that goes outside in the snow multiple times a day to bring my students around our campus. I don’t have time to take off indoor shoes and put on outdoor shoes. These shoes are great for my purposes. The shoes are easy to put on and felt comfortable at first but a bit snug. By the end of the first day of wearing them, my feet were throbbing because they are narrow. They fit comfortably across my high arches. I’ve worn them at my house for a few hours at a time. Now I can wear them all day with only a tinge if soreness. I think after a few more times, they’ll fit perfectly. They are well made and the sole is cushioned. I think they will last a long time and eventually will become a very comfortable easy to slide on shoe.
