Initially these felt a little snug, but within 10 minutes they felt perfect. I'm a solid 7.5 and that's the size I went with. They're very comfortable. My only complaint is a minor one in that you pretty much have to undo the little velcro tab on the side to get them on. So they're not slip-on's but then they're not advertised as such. I think they're a nice alternative to gym shoes.

I like these but unfortunately, they don't have removable insoles, so I can't use my orthotics with them. Returning.

I love al my Jambu shoes but these are even better! I work in a warehouse as a manger so I wanted to be comfortable with decent support but also a bit more stylish then plain sneakers! This are that shoe! I bought the gray in a 9 which is usually what I wear and they fit perfect. I can actually wear a bit thicker sock with them which is great because in the winter at the warehouse my feet get cold. I bought them in the gray and pink but plan to buy them in the black and blue colors as well.

I definitely need a shoe horn for these, but once on they're extremely comfortable. The velcro tab is awkward to access, but a minor issue. I wear 6.5W or 7M. This 7M fits my bony, wide forefoot and narrow heel. The slight wedge heel plus my Scholl's arch inserts are perfect for my very high arches. Have received many compliments. I love that they're vegan!

I usually wear a 8 in brooks but 7.5 in this shoe. Very padded and comfortable. Super cute. Easy slip in

I had a pair of these I'd bought several years ago and wore them out. So I ordered a new pair. Still fit great, feel great and able to wear right out of the box. The new ones have a heavier bigger sole but not a huge difference. My only complaint would be the tab on the back completely pulled off the very first time I put on one shoe. Luckily I sew, so I fixed it myself. I think they are a little awkward to put on the with whole Velcro tab on the outside of the shoe. But I'm willing to work with that cause otherwise I love the shoe.

Jambi shoes normally fit me very well. My brand of choice for 5 years. Unfortunately these are pretty narrow and I even went up a size. Sad to return them.

it was very uncomfortable the moment i put them on. something with the fabric in the heal did not feel good and then the front of the shoe was not comfortable at all.

Black and violet were just what I was looking for. Comfortable and cute. Am a 9 and the were spot on. Arch support was okay, but I have high arches and usually add my on support. The insert is not removable, but there was enough run for my thinnest insert. Will probably buy the blue pair as well.

Didn't think I'd like them since I only wear skechers; but they made a liar out of me. They are very comfortable, love the colors, fit very well and would recommend and will buy in the future.

really help with plantars fasciatis

in my size they felt too short, the width was okay. i'm usually a medium to wide. I had to to up one size (thank you for your easy return/ship policies, zappos) then add thin foam insoles (the cheapie kind that you cut to shape with scissors). I have very flat feet and there is a tiny bit more arch than I'm used to but I think the foam insoles will fix that. also YAY FOR VEGAN OPTIONS. they look like leather, enough that your non vegan friend who likes to bust you would wind up asking you about them, lol! I have big feet (9.5-10) and I love shoes that don't look like I'm wearing clown shoes. they have fixed elastic straps along the whole shoe, but you can't adjust them--at least I couldn't figure out how. I didn't need to adjust them, but it seems like you should be able to (why I gave it 4/5 stars). there is a little velcro strap on the outside of the ankle, which I loosened a little bit. totally happy with these shoes, perfect for fall weather and casual dress up, or every day wear. my usual shoes (before I started shopping vegan) are keens and dansko.

I've never bought this brand before. I'm trying to find a vegan option that works for my feet as well as Ryka does. I ordered the same size I usually do, 9.5, wide. They felt a little too long, in that the heel slipped when I walked and the toe bed on the right was way too narrow. I had to return them - the quest continues!

This shoe does not compare with the last version. The toe box is more narrow. Also one of the cords came broken which is reason enough to return it. I'm still wearing the older pair which is perfect. Newer is not always better. Please consider redesigning this shoe or return to the rounder wider toe box.

The shoe looks great and was hoping for the best. Unfortunately it's very tough for a person to get your foot into the shoe ( and I have a narrow foot ) . Once I finally got the shoe on, it's very narrow in the toe box and runs short. Great looking shoe--just not going to be in my closet. Darn.

Haven't any real idea how this shoe fit, because I couldn't get it on my foot! The little velcro tab on the side didn't allow much more room for my foot to get in. Shoes are cute, but literally unwearable for me.

I have bought 2 pairs of Jambu Encore in the past 2-3 years and found them to be extremely comfortable (I have OA in one joint of each big toe). However with my latest purchase, I find that Jambu has tweaked the style, rendering the shoe unwearable for me. The toe box is now less rounded and the heel is chunkier, while the insole is so thickly padded, it makes the shoe shallow and impossible for the foot to fit in it. I sincerely hope they go back to the previous design.

I returned the size Jambu I typically wear and got two sizes larger and this shoe is still snug. I got these for the winter and to wear with socks, but it is a struggle to get them on. They would probably be fine without socks. The style is true to the photo--ok but not great like my other 8 or so Jambu's. More fun, stylish winter shoes, please.
