These boots are much cuter in person then they are in the photos. I even got compliments the first time I wore them out. They are super light and really comfortable. They were a tad tight at first but after wearing them around the house and out for one evening, they stretched out a bit. These are going to be the perfect, stylish boot to get me through the cold weather.

I fell in love with these immediately! Just as a side note, I also ordered the SOREL Harlow Chelsea boots, which I honestly could hardly get my foot into the top. I felt like Cinderella's step sisters except I couldn't even get it through the top part without ridiculous pulling and pushing. Literally a painful experience. The Merrell Roam Chelsea boot, however, was easy to get on and off and amazingly comfortable from the word go. Plus the Merrells are not suede so they won't look worn the minute, well, the minute there's a worn mark on them. They are more like a nubuck. I always wear a 7 1/2, but I currently have custom orthotics so thought I would need a larger size. The 7 1/2 fit perfectly with their own footbed, and in fact were quite roomy so that I could wear a heavier sock. When I removed the Merrell footbed and put in my own orthothic, they fit perfect. They had no break in period at all. They cushion my feet in all the right places, have a nice wide toe area, and I love the color and the look. I live where there is snow six months out of the year, and these have great grip on the bottom. My skinny jeans bunch a tad right at the top and leggings fit inside. Love them!

These shoes are extremely narrow. I have a medium width foot and these were way too narrow for me.

Really cute and comfortable, but very little arch support. Looking for something more supportive for all day walking, so have to return.

Not as cute in person as online. Ran long in the front- had more room than I needed which was ok but made my foot look to big Also was surprised at the lack of arch support- got these because Merrill is usually great for my feet but I didn't feel they gave much support Going back

Super cute and comfortable. Ordered my regular size, 8 1/2 M and the fit was as expected.

Went with my normal size. Boot was extremely stiff, and I could barely get my foot in there. My feet are slightly wide (I usually don't need a wide size), and my arch is a little high- the volume of the boot was extremely small, even when I took the footbed out. If you have trouble with boots fitting well (too small/tight), these won't work for you. The boot was also extremely stiff... not sure I would keep them even if they fit.
