I ordered these first in a 6.5 thinking they would run small..wrong.My heel had a lot of movement.I put my arch support inside,helped but still movement and just needed a 6.Reordered in the 6 and fit is true.I can still put arch support inside if need be but does make it a tighter fit.IF they stretch out any will be perfect with arch support inside.One does not need to put those in but I suffer from a Mortons Neuroma and need wider toebox and arch inserts to help this.Love the style,inside does have some cushion and very mild arch support to them.Great sole and heel is enough without being too much.For the price and material it is made out of...It's what I expected if not 'better'.I wanted these after seeing them and shopping FOREVER for a nice,casual,ankle boot.

Perfect out of the box, I wear an 8 1/2-9, the 81/2 was perfect, I have a wide foot, this was a perfect width Cute, perfect and rain /snow smart

I tend to run between a 9 and 9 1/2 and I needed to get a 9 1/2 in this one. If you’re worried about the size I would go up 1/2 a size. Love the look & material of this boot. The black is a soft black. Perfect when you don’t want a big clunky boot, but want some traction & warmth.

I first ordered a 7.5 thinking I would need that size for heavier socks. It felt a bit big and I intended to keep the 7.5 pair, but the zipper on the left boot was defective. So, I returned the 7.5 boots and ordered a size 7. Zippers on both boots are fine, size 7 works and I am a happy girl. I continue to be most impressed with Zappos return policy. Very easy. Thank you.

Very comfortable! Roomy enough that my orthotics fit without removing the inner sole cushion of the bootie. So you can get your orthotics in there or wear thick socks with these if you don't use orthotics- score!! The inner sole cushion is glued down, but only in one area and even though it isn't meant to be removed, it could be if you decide to keep these boots. I think they are true to size but offer a little extra room. I like the style very much and think they look good with bootcut pants/jeans and probably would look cute with cropped pants or skinny jeans, but I don't usually wear those, so I'm not the expert there. Toe box area is good - also roomy. As I wear them around the house, my feet are warm but not sweaty-a bonus if you ask me! They look like suede and are water resistant. I like that they do not look cheaply man-made.

These feel great. And, when the snow isn't deep or freshly fallen here in Minnesota, these are perfect for going out and about for errands when teh parking lots are full of ice and snow. Great traction. Cozy. Easy on and off. No regrets. Also, I love these becasue they are not clunky.

Love JBU, I ordered size 9 my usual size and the fit was perrrfect :) there're stylish, cute and comfy all weather booties, love, love.

These are freaking adorable!! I might by some in every color, I really like these more than I really expected.

I ordered two colors. This color fit perfectly but the same size black shoe was too small. The shoe is comfortable but as other reviews mentioned, hard to put on. I have to use a shoe horn. But for the price, cute style and comfort I am willing to tolerate the shoe horn.

Very cute boot unfortunately they were slipping on my feet when I walked and my feet ached. Wish I could keep them but they have to go back! ?

Beautiful shoes but I had a hard time putting them on! I think they're just a little too tight for my feet.

Overall this fits true to size. They are not water proof but water resistant. Also I wish there was more arch support but I can always add that. I love the stability these provide while I walk my dog in bad winter weather.

Great right out of the box! Very comfortable

I needed boots for travel to Chicago in winter but also classy enough to wear to work. Getting through TSA at the airport it’s important to get the right shoes to take on and off. These boots are perfect. So far these boots are great. I usually wear 10 but went full size up and glad o did to accommodate socks and ease of slipping on and off.

Nice fit, very comfortable and warm. I just wasn’t a fan of the look of the foot and sole. I wanted them as an everyday boot. If I was looking for more of a light snow boot, especially for walking they would be perfect.

I was looking for sturdy all weather winter "booties" to use when walking my dog. We walk over 2 miles a day in all types of weather. These seem to fill the bill. They are water resistant with very thick, sturdy lug-type soles. The are not completely comfortable with thin socks but are fine with thicker socks. The boots feel rather stiff but will hopefully become a little more flexible with use. The only disappoint is the color. I ordered black but they are closer to a charcoal gray.

I originally ordered a 7 1/2, which is my true boot size, and had to exchange them for an 8. The boots are super comfortable and look great.

I usually wear an 8 and have a wider foot and high arch. Based on some of the reviews I ordered a 8.5. It fit well without socks as well as with thin socks. I really liked the style and it was exactly what I was looking for. The reason I'm returning is due to the piece of material covering the zipper which helps spread the boot so you can get your foot in. This sits right at the ankle and was rubbing against it.

I received these boots today. They are very lightweight which is good. I usually wear a 7.5 and ordered these in an 8. The left shoe felt fine the right shoe is smaller (they both say they are an 8M). The zipper on the left shoe was very difficult to zip I had to use a pair of pliers and couldn't get the zipper down with the pliers so I had to pull it off. I really like the taupe color.

After wearing only a month, zipper is completely stuck on both shoes. I wanted these to slip on to go out and walk the dog, not worth it.

These shoes are very comfortable. I don’t have anything negative to say about these shoes....love them!

Loved these! very cute and comfortable.

I have never had a problem with JBU shoes, and these didn't dissapoint, they fit true to size, very comfortable and very cute.

I had to return these because I couldn't get them on my feet. I'm a solid size 9 and that's what I bought but I have a very high arch, and due to the piece of fabric that limits how far the un-zipped zipper opens , this boot would not go over my arch. Such a shame because I really did like the look of them.
