Very attractive, great comfort, great style. Wore immediately for a long time, no issues. Cute with skinny jeans or any jeans. Considered the Sorel which is similar but I've seen that one in person and its narrow looking. I liked that this was more sustantial, without being heavy. Love the side zip for easy on/off. I wear a 10 in boots and got the 41 (wear a 41 in Pikolinos) - and it's actually a little big. However, I stayed with it since I can wear a thick sock for warmth. My only small complaint is the leather was a little stiff - I was sad that it crinkled/creased immediately across the toe. However, it totally looks ok and got better as the whole thing broke in. I am going to go old school and mink oil them to give it some moisture. The grey is gorgeous.

I have tried on nearly every pair of boots on the internet- only a slight exaggeration- and wish I had ordered these sooner. I was looking for a long-lasting, hard-wearing boot in which I could expect to cover thousands of miles over the boots' lifetime, and 7-10 miles a day. I have high arches and need metatarsal support due to an old injury. These boots are just what I needed. The leather is stout- stiff at first, they'll take some break-in time and a little oil- and the sole feels rugged and substantial. The boots have a molded insole with excellent arch support. The insole is firm and leather-bound, so I'm finding it most comfortable with a thin, flexible foam insole on top. I'm so impressed with these that I just ordered two more pairs of Taos boots.

Love the look of the boots and the fact there is a zipper on the inside for easy on/off. The boots are a little big but since these are for the winter, I am not worried since I'll be wearing thick socks. They are comfortable with a decent arch support but they are a little stiff around the base of the toes. I figured with time they will loosen up. I do a lot of walking and my feet are not tired or hurting after all the walking.

They are so comfortable and true to size. I wear orthotic inserts so not really sure on the support mine fit really good with them in. They fit perfect, I don't want to take them off. The zipper helps to easily take them on and off and they good with the softness of the leather. I love the style and they don't look big and bulky on your feet. They have a clean classy look and lightweight.

Wanted to love these cuties! However, the bootie style with very firm leather, didn't work for me. I found the zipper awkward with the tongue of the shoe getting in the way. Once they are on, they fit very nicely. Found walking around in them they just didn't work for me, very stiff. I recently have had some issues with my feet, and need a certain feel. They fit nicely and are well made and very cute, but just not for me. I sadly returned them.

I was really hoping to love these boots, but unfortunately they are not for me. The toe box was too tight for the bunion on my right foot but it might have loosened up after breaking them in a bit. The left one felt fine. The main problem was the noise! The leather squeaked and creaked so much that I couldn't stand it. Wore them in the house for a couple of hours to see if it would go away but it didn't quieten down at all so back they go. Too bad, they were really cute.

I wanted to love these Taos Cutie Boots so much, but was highly disappointed in the fit and comfort. I have ALWAYS worn a size 6 in every type of shoe I own, but these in the 6-6.5 were HUGE. So, I ordered the 5 - 5.5 and they were still too big. Granted, I have a smaller foot (not narrow but skinny) and my feet moved around so much in them. They felt so stiff and hard that I couldn't even bend my foot in them. The style of the boot is fabulous, but it doesn't matter if they don't fit and are super uncomfortable. Going right back. Thankful for ZAPPOS return policy and wonderful customer service!

I loved these as soon as I put them on. The arch support is wonderful, the sole is solid, and the boot is warm. I got the red and they are gorgeous! Got my usual 8.5 and fit is spot-on. If you have foot issues and need good support, I recommend these.

I love Taos shoes, such great quality. These ankle boots are comfortable right out of the box and so cute. Great arch support. I love the zippers because you only have to adjust the laces once and then use the zippers to take shoes on and off. These boots have a removable insole which is a great feature. On me these are true to size. I normally wear an 8M and that is wHat fits me in this ankle boot. Love these!

Well made, attractive shoe. It has a removable insole and had room for my custom orthotic. Seems true to size for my feet. It does have a bit of a heel which caused my feet to slide forward and irritated my neuroma. If I didn't have foot issues I would LOVE this boot!

Amazing boots. I was a Taos fan already but I really debated on boots. I have lots of foot issues and need comfort. It took me about 2 weeks to finally decide on these and I'm so glad I did. They are amazing. Like All Taos shoes they have fantastic Arch support and removable insole. The leather is soft and smooth. The fan fur lining is super soft and doesn't make the boot feel tight like other lined brands. The wool cuff is a little scratchy in bare skin but with socks, isn't an issue. Low heel feels great. They ARE a little stiff right out of the box but that's to be expected with brand new shoes. I got the golden tan and they are beautiful. They are NOT as yellow IRL as they look in the pic. They are more brown. They do fit true to size. I wear an 8-8.5 or 39 in Taos which is what I got in these and they fit great. If you need/plan to wear really thick socks though, I would size up. They look great with leggings, skinny jeans and boot cut jeans.

I love my boots

Got these in red and they are gorgeous. I wanted them to fit but they were extremely tight across my instep. I was hoping they might stretch out a bit and wore them in the house for a while but to no avail. The length of the shoe was fine but I'm returning for a half size larger just in case that helps them feel more comfortable.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes (boots) I have ever tried on. Too bad because they are great looking.

I got these three days ago and they are seriously the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. Zero break in period. I am beyond middle aged ( 61), trashed my feet from years of high heels and running, have bunions, and a narrow heel so it is challenging to find something that is comfortable yet cute. And I live in the CO Rockies so having a decent tread in the snow is super critical too. I have a pair of Taos sandals and am sold on the brand! Worth the $$.

Love the boot, name fits it. Unfortunately too narrow. Could possibly have stretched out but not before a sore foot. Also, I normally wear a 39, 38 fit best with this boot for me.

Fit great, easy on and off I love them

I really loved these boots, although they were narrow in the toes from the start. Lots of cushioning around the ankle, stylish, easy to get on and off, and beautiful tan color. I wore them around my house for about a week or two, hoping that they would ease into being more comfortable. I have normal feet except for bunions. Finding boots that don't hurt is a huge task. I finally realized that I would never be able to wear these for more than an hour or two without pain. I am so sad to be returning them. Thank you to Zappos for the long return policy that allowed me to get to know these boots. If I don't have bunions, these would have my perfect boot.

Narrow over top and toe box. So disappointed because Taos always works for me.

The first time wearing these I was able to walk all day with no discomfort. I love them! They are now my favorite shoe and I want another pair in a different color!

Comfortable, warm and stylish. Brand new, the leather was a little stiff but after several wearings already beginning to soften a bit.

This is a quality gorgeous boot, however I'll be returning it. I find the boot too rigid and although the length is good, the toebox is not as roomy as I'd like it to be. I'll be looking for a softer leather and a more comfort fit. I like Taos' sandals, but the support in this boot is a bit much for me. I feel like I'm wearing a ski boot that doesn't give much with each step.

These are cute shoes with a comfortable footbed. However, I returned them because they were a bit snug around the balls of my slightly wide feet. I went for the Taos Crave instead because the softer leather was more accommodating.

I love the look of these boots and the I always find Taos shoes to be comfortable. These however pinched down into the top of my foot when I walked. For $200, not going to put up with that.
