I wanted a shoe in this general style and selected these because of the leather lining. I’m so glad I did! Extremely comfortable, breathable, and the thick sole is actually very flexible. I wear a 7.5 and the size was spot on. I have trouble finding shoes that work well for high arches - and while these don’t have a pronounced molded arch, whatever J/Slides is doing with the footbed it’s perfect.

Love the look and the color but the footbed is a little too unforgiving -- while it provides decent arch support the shoes aren't as comfortable as I would expect. Needs more cushion in the insoles. As I was looking for something cute to wear while traveling and walking a lot, I would have returned them if i hadn't worn them already. I will save for short days when I'm not concerned about comfort.

Super happy and will be my go to shoes! Super soft heel area which didn’t destroy my skin on the first wear (when is that a thing). Perfect color that goes with everything, not stark white. Not too chunky and obnoxious looking. Just the right amount of support. I couldn’t be more thrilled with these shoes and I’m hard to please!

I have purchased several pairs of platform tennis shoes and these are by far the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes ever! They are feel great right out of he box. No break in period. The color is great also. Not too white but a slight touch of gray. Would highly recommend.

The leather is plush and of good quality, and the platform is nice and high so it looks stylish but not so high that it looks odd or silly. The yellow is darker than I expected and a bit greenish, but in bright light it looks a softer lemony yellow which I was hoping for. I usually wear 7.5 and got the 7.5 and it is perfect. Yes they are a little expensive but the look is a notch above the rest, so worth it. Get them!

This is a heavy shoe. Too flat for my injury prone Achilles. This was the trendy style I was looking for.

Love these shoes. Exactly what I was looking for. I had tried another brand of this same type style and the sole was very stiff and my heel slipped with every step. This does not happen with this shoe. Comfortable right out of the box!

I wanted to like these. Just in walking around the wood floors of my apartment my feet were hurting from the hard insole. There is no cushioning. It’s like walking around with linoleum as an insole. When I press on the inside with my hand there is barely any give. Maybe my pair is defective because I can’t see how anyone can be comfortable in these. I’m a teacher on my feet all day and I need something I can walk 7 miles a day in. These are not the answer for me. Sad to send them back.

These are super cute!! They feel good right out of the box!! I am an 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly!! They are a great casual shoe for spring/summer.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! this sneaker! I was looking for white platform sneakers then came across these. The color is a very pale taupe. Goes with everything and isn’t super white. Fits great, true to size. Toe box was a little roomy so I put a thick odor eater insert in each shoe which made the fit perfect! You won’t be disappointed??

Super versatile pair of shoes! I can wear them for pretty much everything and are so comfy. I definitely would buy from Jslides again.

Very comfortable out of the box. I haven’t tried walking outside yet but if they perform well on long walks, they are a total win for me.

So I sized down a size based on a review here and one on another web site - and because I really wanted these shoes and they were out of stock in my true size ;) They are just too snug and I'd say unless you are regularly between sizes you should go with your regular size. They are so cute though and exactly what I was looking for. Disappointed they are going back...

Like another reviewer, I really wanted to love these. They are just uncomfortable. Really uncomfortable. Rubs a heel blister, while wearing socks, after 3 hours. Feels like cardboard on the foot. For the looks and the gorgeous exterior, it would be worth the price. But after wearing them, I think they are worth about $0.25. Who tested these at the company????

Nice retro look with the update of thick soles; not as much cushioning in the soles as I expected.

Meh. Cute but heavy sneaker. Ran half size large in my case. I usually wear 8.5. These were too big. No arch support. Felt flat-footed. Going back.

Finally a shoe for narrow feet! I wear a 8 1/2 & size 8 1/2 fit perfectly. Couldn’t remove inner sole, but orthotics fit in fine on top of it.
