I really love these shoes and I really wanted to keep them, but I am 71 years old and even with the furry covering the footbed is so hard that they are painful to walk in. I am not heavy, but feet as old as mine simply need some kind of cushioned support. That's why I'm returning them.

Super comfortable. I love them. My usual Birk size 39N (8 1/2) feels a little tight especially across the top of foot and it feels a little short but I think it will be fine once the fluffy lining mats down a little. The toe box shape isn’t super attractive and each shoe seems slightly different in shape. I would suggest you not get them unless your foot is narrow though since they don’t come in regular width.

I had to return these but they were lovely a beautiful shade of olive green- I have at least 5 or 6 pairs of Birkenstock sandals and they are ALL 39.These were too tight in the 39 which makes sense with the shearling - I am normally a size 9 and I should have ordered the 40 - though the sandals run differently order your regular shoe size in these.I have very problematic feet with arthritis in the toes, plantar fasciitis etc these were more like loafers and they hurt the top of my left foot .Unlike a clog they have a flat top and I was worried about slipping in and out of them but they had a nice trim look and they did not make my feet look all splayed out like a duck and they didn't have that sloppy look some mules have.I was hoping the pain in my left foot which is occurring in all shoes not just these will go away but I couldn't take the chance as these are expensive- but they were nice and snuggly and I would like to have sized up and tried the 40 but the loafer like shape was the issue for me.

I love the look of the shoe and I hope I can find a size to fit. So beware! I read the reviews and ordered a size bigger. Normally I wear a 40 in Birkenstock, so I ordered a 41 and too small. My toe hits the end of the shoe! So they go back and I am trying the 42. Two sizes larger than any of my other Birks!

These are very nice. I ordered the Black in size 36, which is my normal Birkenstock sandal size. The Shearling is warm. These are not meant to be worn with socks. a great fall slip-on clog.

This is less clunky than a lot of fall Birkenstock styles. I do wish the company had left the width of these medium instead of narrow. I’m hoping with wear they will stretch a bit and the fleece will pack down for more room. Only time and wear will tell.

The slippers are very cozy, but there is an elastic band at the top of the foot to give some stretch to the upper. The band felt fine on one foot, but was scratchy and painful on the other. The elastic on each foot felt like it was made from different material. The slippers also had a defect and had a metal pin sewn into the side with the point stick out into my foot! I’m lucky I wasn’t injured. Unfortunately there’s no place to comment on the return to warn Zappos not to send these to anyone else. I hope they see it here.

Ordered these for my own Christmas gift, so have only tried them on so far...

I’m a huge birkenstock fan, but have only worn their sandals in the past. I wanted something a little different for colder weather. These are so cute and so comfortable. I love them. If you’re on the fence....buy them!!!

These are very cute, but the arch support on one of my feet hit in a weird place and after a couple hours of indoor wear my right foot developed a significant pain in the plantar area. I’m returning these and will try the Boston shearling clogs instead. Aside from that one issue these are really nice looking and warm. I have a lot of Birkenstock Arizona sandals that fit great. They run true to size.

I’m a huge Birkenstock fan and have purchased them for 18 years. I’m disappointed in this pair because they stain my feet every time I wear them. I don’t want to be forced to wear socks.

I enjoy the shoe but due to the fur the shoe definitely fits smaller than a normal Birkenstock’.

Snug at first but they loosen up a little with a few days of wear. Very comfortable and cute on. If you’re more a half size than a whole size, order up not down. If you have wider feet, these may not work for you.

So far I like these Birkenstocks. I haven't worn them a lot so I am unable to go into much detail. They almost feel like I'm wearing slippers when I'm walking outside.

Narrow and much tighter that any other Birkes I have. I wanted to love them but they just weren’t the shoes I thought they would be.

I needed the fit be more narrow. However, the lining and the wide toe box were great,

Ordered these shoes for the arch support and the shearling inside. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. After working 40 years on my feet, I have no arches. very glad I got these shoes.

Didnt like the colot

I don't know how I feel about these shoes. Personally, I ordered a size down because I thought my normal Birkenstock size was too long. The size smaller was almost too small and a little narrow. I know they would have stretched some and molded to my foot as most Birks do. Not sure how I felt about the style overall. They reminded me of my Danskos that I wear to work, which to me are doctor/nurses shoes, not everyday shoes. But that is just personal preference! Unfortunately I didn't love them as much as I hoped I would and returned.

These were too small. But what’s more disappointing than that is that in the right shoe, toward the top above the toes and along the right side of it it is MISSING shearling.

I wear almost only Birkenstocks due to metatarsal pain and needed a black enclosed pair for winter. These are very narrow. Much different fit than a Boston. The elastic piece immediately started hurting the top of my foot. The fur is very cozy but also made the footbed feel odd. They are like having a very expensive pair of slippers on. I’ll stick with Bostons.

Shoe is narrow. My feet do best in a narrower shoe, however these are narrow all the way to the toes. Definitely not a wide toe box here. I usually wear a 39 in Birkenstock sandals, but these seemed short and thought the next size would be good and maybe be less narrow. But no dice. The next size up puts the heel cup and arch support and toe grip bump in the wrong place. I’m sad to send them back because I thought they would work for me. I have been on a long quest to find a pair of slippers that are comfy, warm, arch support, accommodate narrow feet but have a wide toe box. It’s a daunting task. SIGH! Why don’t manufacturers offer narrow for their slippers? Also why would anyone want to cram their toes into a squished space when they want to be cozy?

These are the cutest shoes. I ordered them in the pink and they looked great on my feet. They are so uncomfortable. I wore them all day a couple of days in a row and my feet hurt so bad. The footbed and arch support feel hard. I usually wear Naots but they don't come in narrow so I thought I would try Birikenstock since I had heard many good things about them but these just don't work for me. Maybe another style would work better.

I purchased the same shoe last year in Grey(40N) and loved them so much I decided to order another pair. The shearling in this shoe is much thiner and not as cozy.

Love but had to return. Black shearling rubbed off and turned parts of my feet black. Exchanged for tea color, have pink gets dirty really quick. Very comfortable.
