Got these boots for my appearances as Ms. Southern States Agriculture America to we’re with both jeans and formal wear (going to ‘bling’ them with Swarovski Crystals)... they are at least a ½ to 1 size too large (I ordered my regular shoe size 10)...tried to return them - what a ‘nightmare’!!! After finally getting ahold of your Live Chat line - going through your return process - find out you’re out of size 9 ½! Forget it... I’ll just wear a thicker sock - but the arch doesn’t hit right on my foot because they are TOO BIG! Heaves only knows if I’d followed your advice and ordered a size larger than my shoe size. Should have just gone to Boot Barn and tried them on before buying? Outside of all the above - they are a beautiful boot???

I wanted to love these. They hit at the right height on my leg (upper calf), are easy to pull on, and are true to size, but as soon as I stood up and walked around in them for 10 seconds, I knew they'd be the most uncomfortable boot I'd ever wear. I held onto them for a few months hoping I could break them in or maybe find an insole, etc., to make them work, but no such luck...back they go to Zappos.

A lot of space in the heel area - gorgeous boot but slips up and down.

Beautiful boot. It’s a lower grade leather. True to size but like some others have said the heel slips. The heel cup needs to be restructured. I will have to return them sadly because of that. Too bad because it’s a good looking boot.

I wear an 8.5 or an 8 depending on the brand, so based on the manufacturer's guidance, I sized up and got the 8.5. They seem to fit okay through the toe but are so incredibly wide and my heal pops out in the back. They're really pretty though so I'm going to get an 8 and see if I can make it work.

It's a decent boot but the quality is meh. The soles and the heels are of poor quality. They also run a half size too big. These boots fall under the "get what you pay for" category.
