These shorts are very cute and comfortable. I am 5'6 and about 126 lbs and the size small fits me. I washed them in cold water with Dreft and hung them to dry and they did not shrink. The colors so far have remained vibrant after a few washings. The 5 inch inseam is a great look for not being too short but still being cute. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts in all 3 categories is that the crotch is just a bit shorter than I'd like so I wear them a bit lower on my hips, but they are stretchy so they aren't uncomfortable; and my legs are a bit skinny so I'd prefer the shorts to be just a smidge narrower through the legs. This is a problem I have with all brands of shorts, so it's not just these shorts. I have a hard time finding shorts that look cute and that are comfortable. Overall, though, I like these enough that I have purchased 3 different colors in this style. One tip I have is that I've had a hard time finding coordinating tops in the Lilly brand (I have found their t-shirts to be poor quality and unflattering) so I purchased my coordinating tops at Talbot's. They have some summer tops this season that coordinate perfectly with these shorts in watermelon, summer mint and biscayne blue.

These shorts fit true to size compared to other Lilly shorts. These are lower rise which I was not a fan of. Plus they are 5 inch inseam which was too long for me. I’m used to wearing the dahlia shorts which are a bit shorter.

Love the ocean view shorts. They fit nicely and have an elastic waist. The lilac rose color is beautiful in person!

TTS, mid rise, legs not as full as the katia. Weight of fabric is perfect for Florida summers.

I ordered the xs based on some reviews iI had read, but they were just a tad too tight. I just returned them and reordered them in a small which I hope fits because they are really cute on!

These were true too size and I really did love them. They were just a little to short for me and a little low at the front waist band. Personal preference -

Love these! My favorite style of lilly shorts - super comfy & relaxed. Great with a tee or tank top at the lake or on vacation. Fit is true to size.

love these shorts and the print. however, wish I wouldn’t have taken the tag off of these. I’ve never worn them but wish I could exchange for the next size down :(

The shorts are not sized properly. The small fits like a medium and xsmall fits as it should. Fabric is soft. Patterns are bright. Super cute but returned.

Living in Florida, this short is great for warm weather. Sizing is consistent for Lilly. The length is perfect!

Great shorts - super comfortable! Doesn’t look like running/workout shorts - looks like a more dressy pair of shorts but with a stretchy pull on waistband.

These are my favorite Lilly shorts! I have almost every pair ever released since their inception - though they have changed a lot over the years, they still have the same look & fit. Super comfy & casual! They do tend to stretch throughout the day & wrinkle. These are one of the only items I don’t hesitate to purchase full price.

These short are my favorite! The colors are vivid and they wash well. I just hang them outside to dry and they looked like they've been pressed. I wear them low rise so I bought a medium. A bit too roomy but I like the way they fit on my hips. The pockets are perfect.

Fit and size are consistent for. I wear the same size in everything! The rise is perfect for me - I’m petite.

This is my favorite style of Lilly shorts, I easily own 15+ prints in this style. This print is by far my favorite print in these shorts, and this print runs tts. As with all my washable Lilly, I wash on the hand wash cycle on my machine, I use vinegar as my detergent and put a color catcher in my load, hang to dry. All of my Lilly is bright and new looking after several wears & washes.
