This shoe fits trUE to size (10.5 M) . I needed a shoe which gave good ankle support and this shoe is excellent for that. I received numerous compliments re how the shoe looks. The one issue which is good, and could be an issue later are the show laces. The good is they stay tied and don't loosen, but du to the shoe fastening hooks (2 per shoe at top) can be pierced by the fastening hooks, meaning the fastening hooks can puncture thru the lace when lacing up the shoe. This is a minor issue and hope maybe Zappos or Merrell can provide a site where I can buy additional laces. Lastly, you can not beat ZAPPOS CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Keep up the great job. Norm

The shoes fit true to the size recommended but the arch support was way too much and actually hurt my feet. I couldn't see myself wearing them for a day. Also, I had heard how comfortable Merrells were but these didn't feel like they had any cushion to them whatsoever.
