Customer Reviews UGG Classic Zip Boot

This is my 4th pair of UGGS and after reading the negative reviews was uncertain whether to take a chance on these. I have wide feet with bunions, smaller heel than normal. I decided to order my normal size 9. They fit perfectly and i had no issue putting them on or taking them off even with the zipper being un-moveable. It could be that my heel is smaller perhaps. I love them!

I wear a 7.5 to 8 in most shoes. These were okay. I sized down as it suggested to a 7 and it just did not work. The zipper on the side does not move at all. It was a snug opening and I think my ankles are of normal size. I had read somewhere that the zipper was supposed to move and even the photo shows it up on one side.

VERY CUTE COMFY WARM AND STYLISH, ZIPPERS ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL BUT THE PURPOSE OF BUYING THIS STYLE IS TO SEE THE GLITTERY ACCENT UNDER THE ZIPPER. DONT BUY THIS BOOT IF YOU WANT THE ZIPPER TO ZIP UP AND COVER THE ACCENT INTENDED TO BE SHOWN OFF

I was a fight to get my feet in there and I have small feet ...my feet are tiny ... after u get ur ankles in lol it's TRUE to size. ..idk how this helps but here u go

You may want to go a size up on these. The zipper on these makes it hard for you to get on. I had such a hard time getting these on and I never have that problem as I own several pairs.

I could not get my foot in the boot

I didn't realize the zippers on the boots are not functional, that they are simply decorative and part of the style and design. I thought the zippers actually worked and that I would be able to completely open and close them, making it easier for me to get the boots on and off.

Returned due to Horrible Design. I cannot get my foot in the boot; Too NARROW in the instep. UGG needs to take this design back to the drawing board.

Love, love, love these boots! So adorable! The gold embellishments add a little pizzazz. So comfy and cozy. Quality made. Ordered these in a size 9. My feet are narrow and long...with tights or a pair of socks on, these boots are a perfect fit!

I read the comments regarding the size and width prior to purchasing and I'm so happy that I did! I usually wear an 8 but I purchased a size 9. Had I purchased an 8, I would not have been able to fit these boots because (as previously stated by other reviewers) the zipper does not move. These are comfy and very stylish. I would have preferred my normal size but overall I'm happy with my purchase!

My feet belong in shoes that are a size 8.25 (which doesn't exist). I purchased an 8 since Uggs tend to stretch after a time from my experience. And they are just as expected and I'm very pleased. Now; historically I've never felt Ugg is a "comfortable" shoe per say because of it's hard sole. Everything else is nice and cozy per the norm. I have unhappy feet and heels, so with my inserts, the boots work fine. These are dark black (Ugg sometimes makes their boots a light black which I don't care for), with just the right amount of unique trim accents to make it a fun shoe without being too much... or too little! VERY HAPPY. It's funny that the zippers click against the boots when you walk, but it isn't bad. Yes; the zippers are for show and are not functional which is just right. I think this will be my most favorite pair of Uggs ever.

These are a cute twist to the regular short. I love the sequins! The zipper does not work but I expected this from reading the reviews. Overall they fit just like my other 5 Ugg boots, warm comfy and super soft. FYI-the zipper does make some noise as you walk as it clinks off the metal zipper teeth. I hope this helps!
