This bootie is so cute but super narrow! I know over time the wool will pack down, but it is just too narrow to put myself through it. I even ordered a half size larger in hopes it would fit better. No luck. I am ordering another half size up to see if that will work.

I LOVE!!!! Love love love these cutie booties, they are warm, waterproof, and very practical for the colder seasons. These shoes are perfect for all kinds of weather. These ugg’s do run a bit tight when first purchased but, they adjust nicely once worn a few times.

I absolutely love these cuties!!! They are comfy as Uggs are and since Uggs lack arch support I simply added my own. These are so cute with leggings , short skirts with tights and plain old jeans. They have a slight rugged bottom so they're definitely not like my old "slippery when wet" style Uggs. The platform gives me a little lift and who doesn't need that when wearing winter boots. PS-I get lots of compliments when I wear them. I'm happy...I LOVE them!!

Overall I liked it a lot. Very warm, comfortable and easy to slip on. Next time I’ll try a wider size. Hopefully this pair will widen over time.

Took me weeks to make this decision and I'm thrilled!! I love Uggs and have many pairs but the flat sole and suede of classic Uggs get messy and slippery when it gets cold in Northeast winters. I have many other boots but was looking for something with a lot more "grown-up" style and every top French designer was showing white this season. These boots are warm, comfortable, easy to maintain, and SO CHIC!!! Thank you Zappos and Ugg!!!

Despite other reviews that said order a size up, I had to return the 8.5 for my normal size 8. They’re cute and comfy. Keepers!

Real cute, but very heavy—felt weird when walking. But the worst was the zipper that rubbed my ankles. They were very uncomfortable. Sadly returned them

I am so bummed! I ordered these in my size, 11, and I couldn't get my foot in them because the opening is so narrow and I have high arches. I then ordered a full size larger, a 12, but STILL could not get my foot inside! The opening is ridiculously small, these were poorly designed.

Super cute boot! Usually a 7-1/2 and Thought I needed the 8. But I reordered a 7-1/2 amd the 8 and the new 7-1/2 fits perfectly! So... true to size lengthwise, slightly narrow at the toe box

This are the absolute best! I used them for a month long trip thru europe and they were not only the most comfortable shoes I brought but the warmest! I don’t know if it’s possible for them to regulate the temperature but it didn’t matter if it was below 0 c or in the 10s they stayed perfectly comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about them. Insanely cute on and super practical. Would 1000% recommend.

These Uggs are some nice and comfortable, perfect for these wet and snowy days in the Northeast, and I got $20.00 off thanks Zappos, I luv you! I wear a size 11 but I got a size 12 for comfort and if I wanna wear socks with them, the lining in the shoe is warm you really don't need thick socks but I would suggest then socks if your feet sweat!

Very stylish and somewhat futuristic looking. Great winter boot. Look forward to wearing them during the winter months.

Once you find your proper sizing :) because they truly run on the narrow side and one whole size smaller if your foot is not narrow, so I recommend that you size up if you have a medium width foot, like mine :) but they are still snuggling, they have a little arch support, a little height and also decent traction - I am so grateful because Zappos had the next size up! Yeah! The rep who reordered the larger size was AMAZING, I got my replacement pair quicker than my original pair. Thank you!

Fits perfectly. Warm and cozy.

Overall very happy with the boots. Haven't used them in the snow yet but will update once I have the opportunity.

Super cool boot!!!!! would’ve loved to have kept them, unfortunately just too warm for me. I’m an oddball UGG boots have too much fur/fluff inside I usually can’t tolerate ....I ge hot feet ?

I tried these in black and white and I did like them. They were a little more stiff and heavy than I expected. I would have kept the white because they were kind of cool and unique, but I didn’t feel strongly enough to justify the price.

Received them in a unrecognizable box which is part of the UGG signature but besides that great fit, haven't worn them out yet waiting on the cold weather. They were shipped and received quickly.
