I ordered my usual size 8, and they fit perfectly with medium-to-thick socks. I did a lot of walking around in an airport and on sight-seeing trips and they were perfectly comfortable. They work well with straight leg full-length pants as well as slim ankle pants.

Bought these in my usual ugg size and they were too big in the heel. Went down half a size and perfect. Walked all over Germany without breaking them in first! Perfect! I am 61 yo.

Stuck one foot in, and didn't bother to try the second shoe. Just too narrow. They only come in medium width, but it seemed awfully narrow in the toe box. Not comfortable. They don't come in wide width

I should have listened to the other reviewers! I figure with a name like Ugg it should be comfy. NOPE! I had the same issues as others, narrow and uncomfortable in the toe area and the heel was super loose! Never had a show fit like this before! I'm a fairly standard size in shoes, no special issues or width concerns. These are just a terrible design as far as I'm concerned (and apparently many others as well).

I ordered an 11, which was needed for length. I am truly a 10.5 and slightly narrow in the mid-foot. The length was just right in an 11. The good: The shoe is really cute. Toe is slightly pointed, so it really looks nice on the foot. Gray color very nice and neutral. Love that it's waterproof. Love the heel height and the interior feel. The Bad: The insole is not removable, which is too bad. And on me.it was really wide! The heel sloshed around on me, making it really unwearable. So sad...there isn't much out there that's cute, low, waterproof.

These are very cute. Great color, just-right heel height and overall style. Unfortunately, they were too narrow for me. After reading the reviews I ordered an 8, a half-size larger than my normal size. The 8 was still a bit narrow in the toe box, and also too long. I am pretty sure a half-size smaller would be too narrow so I will keep looking. They felt like they had good arch support. If you have a narrower foot with long toes they would probably be perfect.

I REALLY wanted to like these. I have been searching for a good darker brown, lug sole, chelsea boot and thought this would be it. Sadly not. These are Uggs but they are not fleece lined like some are. They also run a bit tighter than normal Uggs. I ordered a half-size up from my normal size and they were still a bit tight in the length and also in the width. Also, this might be a minor thing but I expected the sole to be sewn on to the upper- it's not. It looks like it is in the photo but the rubber is just stamped to look like it's sewn- its actually glued on:(

Just got these yesterday. They felt snug as new boots do. Wore them around my house to break them in just a bit, and they immediately started to stretch. After one wearing they’re already super comfortable.

I really loved the look of this boot and the way the sole had traction. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, my heels slide around when I walked even with thick socks, and I wasn't able to wear them for a longer length of time. I don't know if an additional insert would help (I know Ugg does make them) as I had nothing readily available to try, so sadly I had to send them back. I do have a narrow heel, and perhaps this boot would work better on a regular foot size.

I bought these booties for a recent trip to Portugal and Madrid. I wanted a flat waterproof Chelsea bootie to keep my feet warm. I took a risk because I only wore these for 2 hours before I packed them. I walked 5-6 miles each day in these! I wore no show socks in Portugal and heavy wool socks in Madrid. Both worked beautifully. I did not get 1 blister and my feet never hurt. Many times I’m compelled to change shoes in the evening to give my feet a rest. Not necessary in these! I prefer a more stylish shoe but nothing beats the comfort of these. The zipper is on the outside which is a little awkward for plane travel but not bad. I am delighted with this booties!

Overall in length and width across the toe, these were perfect for me. I normally wear a 10 in Uggs and have a narrowIsh foot with a high instep and narrow heel. Boots have not been a problem with a zipper or even most pull-ones. These, however felt very loose in the heel. Another reviewer said the same, so I don’t think it was a variation in a particular shoe run. I hope this isn’t an indication in the change in Uggs overall fit. I really liked the style, look and overall fit in the forefoot. The material was nice for a waterproof boot. Please don’t make every shoe for wide feet!

Comfortable without breaking in - wore 12 hrs on the first day. Was able to wear my normal size - usually have to go up a size in UGGs.

I love them look great don’t hurt my feet . I bought one pair last year loved them so much I bought 3 more this year . I own every color . Highly recommend .

Love, love ,love it. I wear shoe size 9.5 or 10, depending on the shoe. Had ordered this in a 9.5 at first but had to switch to the 10. Fits perfect, feels perfect, and looks absolutely great. One of my favorites in my shoe closet now.

I bought these in the black in a 9.5 (which is ALWAYS my size, but they were definitely too big. But when I went to order the 9, they were out of the black so I got the charcoal colored ones. I actually like that color better after all AND they fit better. My R foot is my bigger foot and they feel a little snug on that side, but workable. Very comfortable -- nice cushion -- otherwise. I haven't tried them in the rain yet, but looking forward to checking out their "waterproof" status.

I thought I would give these a try - but they didn’t work for me. I didn’t realize how short they were, they were also too narrow. I’m usually a size 8 and these felt small even with my thinnest socks. To me, they looked sort of like men’s shoes. Returned.

The toe is more rounded than I prefer. That plus too tight means they go back.

Really good looking, but I returned them. Felt a bit stiff at widest part of my foot but probably that would break in. The part that bothered me was that it rubbed against my ankle bone on inside of foot. Good looking shoe., bummer to return it.

About a half size too small for me, for where I intend to wear these boots (walking around cities that I travel to). I loved the lug sole and the style, but it was just a bit too short. One size up was too big. :-( Going back.

Narrow boot, but loose in the heel. They feel quite different from other Ugg boots I own. Would like to see this boot in a 10.5, as going up to size 11 would be too much. This is a really nice looking boot.
