Once broken in the boots are very comfortable. I ordered size 11 and they fit great. Snug as a bug in a rug. Break in period for me was about 10 days. Smooth sailing afterwards. Bought one pair at full price and second pair at a discounted price. Never had problem with Zappos shipping. I get my boots 1-2 days after ordering. Also I bought these boots because of the vibram sole.

I mistakenly ordered them 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. I'm glad I did, though. I think my normal size might have been a little tight. (I really should have my feet measured for my true size.)

These boots will take some timer to break in. Very stiff out of the box. Also, when did Zappos stop shipping overnight. It took 4 days to receive these in Wisconsin. Very disappointing.
