I have several pairs of Toms of the same type in size 7, but these size 7s were absolutely a half size too big, they were loose before even breaking in. The other pair I ordered in a different color I had the same issue. So weird that the sizing is different. Fortunately, Zappos makes returns pretty easy.

The left shoe was stretched out on the sides and way too wide.

I am soooooo disappointed because I was trying to replace a pair of shoes from Tom’s that look exactly like these and they were only from one year ago but they must’ve change the style because now these come up too high on the back of my heel and I can tell from trying them on that they are not going to work for me and they would cut my heel if I wear them. This is such a bummer because I have a really hard time finding flights that fit because I can only wear them if they don’t come up very high in the back of my foot and my old pair of toms was wonderful unfortunately they did not wear very well I only had them for a fairly short time and both shoes started getting a hole in the back of them but now I honestly wish I hadn’t thrown away the old pair because apparently they are irreplaceable

I loved my first couple pairs of Toms, the fabric was soft and there was a leather like insole with a slight arch cushion. Now there is a crummy foam insole and the fabric is stiff. I keep trying Toms but I am giving up.

Disappointed that the fabric is so stiff and they are much wider than Toms I’ve bought in the past!
