I have been looking for comfortable boot style slippers and found them in the Sorel Nakiska! They are a beautiful gray shade, comfortable easy on/off and have a nice, sturdy sole. Be forewarned about size! Sorel in general runs very wide, this style runs very small! I am a 9 in shoes and wear a 9 1/2 usually in boots. I had to size up to a 10 1/2 for these to fit where my toes didn't touch the end. Now, I wear Smartwool socks with my slippers but even barefoot, the 10 1/2 was my size. So, I recommend going up 1 1/2-2 sizes in this style.

I advise you to pass on these booties. They stretch out a lot especially at the top and become unattractive. My husband refers to them as elf shoes which is not really the look I was going for. Thankfully only my family sees me wearing them. I’ve worn them daily indoors for about 2 months but they look like I’ve owned them for years. They weren’t inexpensive. Big mistake!

I have a hard time finding slippers because there’s usually not enough padding on the bottom and usually not wide enough. These solve both of my problems and I love the boot style. Very pretty gray color

I jsut submitted a review for these but forgot to mention something else. The soles were weird. They didn’t feel flat on the bottom. It’s like the are rounds on the sides and didn’t give me a stable base (a long with zero arch support) I didn’t want to keep them.

My feet run very cold and I needed slippers w/support and traction for drafty wood floors. I purchased Sorel Nakiska Bootie, Nakiska II Slipper + Out N' About Bootie all in size 7- my size for Sorel Whitney outdoor boots. With Smartwool socks worn w/each, the Nakiska II fit perfectly and looked great, but my feet were still cold. The Out N' About is cut to jut in at the ankle (see side photo) so it pushed my foot forward and my toes hit the front while walking. This is a shame b/c the faux fur lining was the nicest though I would have preferred the design didn't skimp on the exterior fur in the front which makes them look odd. The bottom was rugged which I liked but it also made them look like outdoor boots. The removable insole had soft faux fur and no tag to rug your foot (see photo), but felt really hard and less supportive compared to the Nakiskas. The Nakiska Bootie was 1/2 size too large and I needed to reorder a 6.5- my actual normal shoe size. The enormous "SOREL" stamp looks awful. The liner looks cheap like a fleece shirt whose fur gets clumped together in the dryer. The tag on the bottom insole rubs 1 foot b/c of how it's sewn so I needed a replacement. I also felt that denim would rub off and discolor the light tan suede so I switched them for grey. However- these keep my feet VERY toasty and had good grip so they won. I really hope the pebbled rubber sole is more durable than it looks and does not crack or come apart at the seams. PS- both Sorel Booties look wide and kind of dorky. I hope Sorel will design something stylish, soft, warm and durable next year.

Love Sorels. Very comfortable shoe but I wanted to wear it without socks. The seam near the ankle would rub without socks.

They are perfect. I ordered half size bigger since I saw many people saying the opening was small. I think getting half size larger was a wise idea. I am planning on wearing them instead of slippers since they feel like slippers but with ankle support.

Had to use a shoe horn to get foot into slipper because opening was tight. However, it covered the ankle well and was very plushly lined inside and very comfy.

Toes, ankles…toasty warm without a sauna feeling. Wanted a slipper for everyday use inside my office or when camping in our van. Love the sole for a quick run outside but still not to bulky or stiff to curl up on a bed.

Have had these for about a month now, and as I work at home, I wear them all day long. They are, in a word, warm! ... and in another word, comfortable. I've always and only worm Haflinger boiled wool clogs in the house, but as the last pair of those began to fall apart after only five or so months of wear (!) I began searching outside of that box. These Sorel Nakiska booties are wonderful! I was very much afraid they would fall short in the realm of support (I have high arches and a high instep), but I would rate them as adequate-plus in this regard. Needing a lot of toe-box room, I ordered a half size up, and they fit perfectly. Overall, quite tickled pink with these!

This is exactly what I’ve been searching for, but I’m crushed it has absolutely no support. I wish they made an optional replacement insole with support- I’d be so happy to pay extra for it!

I fell in love with these the moment that I put them on! They are so comfortable and look much better than other brands with a similar style. The only negative is that I wish they were more waterproof and had a thicker sole (it has a thin rubber sole that makes it more like a slipper than a boot), but I still plan to use them for quick trips outside. My love for Sorel continues to grow!

Very comfortable! Warm! Super cute! The sole is sturdy enough to run my dogs outside. I found the fit ran a little big so I went down a half size. Of course with Zappos' amazing return policy it was easy to find my perfect size.

Love the styling of this boot, a non-Ugg-ish look, but not as comfortable out of the box as Uggs. However, after placing shearling soles inside, they are like heaven! Also, it really bugs me how companies expect us to pay for advertising on their products (Michael Kors? gimme a break!) and so not very happy about the huge SOREL letters.

These are very husky for slippers. You could easily wear these outdoors. I had to use a shoe horn to get my foot into the opening because it isn't quite roomy enough.

These would be perfect except the wonderful fuzzy inside is covered in the center of the heel with a slightly raised, irritating patch with the logo. I have to wear socks to protect my heel, limiting the value of the lovely lining.

I wanted to like them but I they had no arch support and we’re a little snug. I wear a 9.5m. They were also a little stiff. I was looking for something to wear at home (that would keep my ankles warm).
