I usually love Timbuk2, and would like to support a local company, but... The zipper is horrible, as is the mechanism to latch/unlatch the hip belt. Otherwise would have been the perfect bag in size and weight and access. But fiddling with that zipper every time you need to get in and out is going to get old really fast.

The size and shape of this bag are perfect for a quick getaway! I use this bag when I'm leaving the real world behind and heading out of town for a couple of days. It is big enough to carry the essentials, but small enough to be nimble in motion. Love it!

Nice product hold up well

We love the new color option to the tried and true backpack we have learned to always take on trips. Hopefully other color options again so we can differentiate between family members bags.

I often go out of town on the weekends and bought this to use as a weekend bag. It's perfect. Just the right amount of pockets, carries a ton, special pocket just for your laptop and documents, comfortable to walk around with, and it doubles as a duffle. Really glad I invested in this.

He loves it very much because it is perfect in an organize what he needs it for travel. It's an excellent warranty in a case. It will last a long time to use it.

Great material, construction and functionality

We've purchased this backpack as a gift for our grandson. He will use it as a carryon when traveling. It is similar to the backpacks we bought some 10 years ago for the same purpose. It/they are durable, easy to pack and clean when needed.

This product is fantastic. It's nice and roomy and is very comfortable to wear. I have always been a long time buyer of timbuk2 because the products are so well made. My last backpack went for 9 years! The only reason why I had to get rid of it was that I accidently soaked it in bear spray and felt that it would be better off retired.

The duffel zip makes packing and unpacking extremely easy, while still having the efficiency of a backpack. The two zipper pocket on the top and bottom are great for easy access to shoes or toiletries in transit. As a side note I used the straps on the sides to carry a cardboard tube, it worked great. I am a 'larger man' and the shoulder straps are somewhat tight through the chest.

Very good pack and design. Need to improve or replace backpack shoulder strap hardware that inserts to the bottom of the pack. Had several instances where connection failed.

My 2nd Timbuk2 backpacks. Must have if you need a solid carry on backpack. Lots of pockets to separate items is perfect for a few weeks trips.

I'd be happy to share my thoughts on the backpack. The design is both stylish and practical, with ample space for all my belongings. The straps are comfortable to wear, even when the backpack is fully loaded. The material seems durable and able to withstand daily use. Overall, I'm very impressed with the backpack's quality and functionality.

Got this for my son to take on vacation. It's a nice bag with a lot of compartments that can hold a variety of stuff from toiletries, socks and shoes in addition to all the other clothes you need to pack for a week away. Highly recommend.

The quality is breathtaking! I go to the gym everyday and the to work to the office and this bag has everything I need to accomplish my activities.

Love everything about this bag so far! I was worried from online reviews about the zipper being sticky but I don't have to put any more effort than usual to get it undone. I wish the main compartment was a little more open but the pockets on either end are perfect for airplane travel.

Nice backpack style duffel. Roomy, well padded, plenty of adjustment for straps to make carrying easier and more secure. Material and zippers seems tough, but only used 3X so far.

This backpack treated me well on a two week trip to Europe in June. The expandability, available straps to hook things onto, and the waste support were the highlights.

My mom is in poor health, and I've been looking for an all-in-one type of bag that I could use to quickly pack personal items plus work things whenever I need to fly to be with her. This is exactly what I've been looking for something I don't need to check at the airport and can simply grab and go.

Two week trip to Europe- Italy and Germany. This duffel is perfect with travel clothing.

I had to return this pack because I lost my job. But I fully intend to reorder it once gainfully employed again. It's the perfect size for my emigration to the EU. Looking forward to both the new Timbuk2 pack and new home!

Sooo many pockets for storage. I guess it's called a wet pocket to keep stuff in the other part dry? I use it for shoes. Laptop storage is padded. Convertible from backpack to duffle. I love this bag.

Took this bag for a multi-day camping trip. It survived the elements and then some. Stores a fair amount of gear and I dig the side pockets for keeping items such as my wallet, keys, etc. easily accesible.

Used this bag for a long weekend trip to the beach. It was perfect. Combo laptop and suitcase ... and easy to walk thru the airport with it on your back vs dragging it.
