Backpack is great! I bought for an upcoming trip to have a sturdy option to travel carry-on, and it performs great! I haven't had any issues fitting stuff into it, or accessing anything in my bag (I was a little worried with some previous reviews) but it works great! I may just buy a second one so I don't have to swap out work and play all the time!

I've been used the Thule Crossover 2 20L for 3 years. And I haven't had any problems. Well, yes, with the front, those parts are like rubber...I think that is great product. The costumer service is fantastic, because they replacement the Crossover for the problem with rubber. I have a question. The Thule has a compartment for laptop. But in which of the two compartments in the back put my laptop? I didn't mention the central part...

I bought a Thule Crossover in 2012 and loved it. This is the upgraded version and I am in love with it!!! Amazing product, grateful to have Thule as a household brand. We *always* buy thule.

I use this backpack mainly for work. It's the perfect size. The various compartments are just the right size and securely hold what I need them to hold. The backpack itself isn't heavy, but it's sturdy and well-made. And, it stands by itself without falling forward or backward with stuff in it. Highly recommended!

I wanted to love this but I travel a lot with one International carry on and need a backpack that can accommodate all my extra items. My list: Camera in bag, 10.5"iPad Air, extra shoes, make up bag, chargers, 2 pair of glasses in. cases, small moleskin note book, misc small items, travel pharmacy (think quart size bag), Bose head phones, and small cross body purse and an 18 oz hydroflask. ALL of that needs to fit in a back pack...I know I'm asking a lot but hey, that's what I need. I ordered 17 backpacks and test packed all of them. This was a loser! I ended up buying the Victornox Sport Pilot because everything fit comfortably with a little room to spare!

The bag is of nice quality craftsmanship. The only drawback is the the compartments don't open fully witch makes it hard to find putting things in and out of bag. If you need a lot of space this bag dose not offer that. I would still recommend this bag because of the quality.

Been using this bag for about four months primarily as a carryon travel bag. Pro: Very sturdy bag with comfortable straps. Like the top protective pocket for glasses. Cons: The water bottle zipper is SO disappointing, does not keep in place. Compartments are not user friendly. Would gladly send back.

I love the look, construction and quality but the design of the three sections is very poor. You have to go digging for items in the dark since the zipper is not lower enough to allow the sections to open wider to be able to see inside. Needs better compartments to organize computer accessories like mouse, power bucks and cables. Did not realize these flaws until I used it an after the 30 days or would have returned.

I've been using this backpack for a week now and I'm quite disappointed with the organization for smaller items. Let's start with the good. I love the overall aesthetics and look of the bag. I love that the bag maintains it's shape and stands up on the floor. It's also made of really durable, luggage material, so there's no doubt it will have a long life of daily use. Now for the bad... I really hate that there is not much storage for smaller items in the front pocket. The front pocket is deceptively small and there is not much room to store anything with creating unsightly bulges on the bag that make it difficult to zip it closed. I would've much rather preferred shrinking the large compartment of the bag by a couple inches to make more space in the front of the bag for smaller items. The zipper pulls are all metal, and very noisy. It sounds like I'm walking around with little bells on. I hate the water bottle pocket. My 532 ml steel water bottle from a well known brand fits too loosely and slips out if the bag is place flat on a seat or desk top. I would've much preferred the typical mesh pouch on the side like most backs use. I also dislike how it looks with the side pockets puffed out with a bottle in it, it ruins the aesthetics. I hate that the main compartment is mostly open space - might be great for storing packing cubes of clothes or larger items like a coat, but this is a business bag, so more flexibility for storing smaller items in the front pocket would've been better. There's not even a proper spot to store my laptop mouse and power adapter! I hate that the "paper" pocket in the main compartment of the bag is not more rigid or flat. This leads to my loose papers or soft folders getting a bit warped in the bag - not great for business use. I was surprised that the padding on the bottom of the laptop compartment doesn't have better coverage. There's a gap in the padding where the laptop could hit the floor directly when being put down. Overall, I wish I could return this bag but I'm now stuck with it. Very disappointed with Thule as they were highly recommended for their excellent luggage and quality other products. The Crossover 2 backpack just misses the mark for my everyday and travel laptop backpack of choice.
