The cleats will be used for 8th grade football. My 13 year old son has size 14W feet. It is extremely hard to find wide football cleats. Most cleats are too narrow and hurt his feet. Two things: 1) I would like NB to make football specific cleats. Baseball cleats are an alternative, but not what is really needed for football athletes that have wide feet. 2) I would like NB to offer cleats in wider sizes than what is currently available. An XW or 4E version would be awesome!

I bought a size 12 - 2E...had to send that pair back as they were too tight. I wear a 12 wide in all my shoes, so, I would recommend buying the next size up. I wish they came in 3E..but, was told they don't. In any event, they are fairly comfortable, while playing baseball.

Great support for catchers in 12u travel ball cleat is solid.

I have wide feet so the wide New Balance cleats (& shoes), fit me better than most other brands. I would have preferred more of a Mid-Cut Turf Shoe style, but they did not have that.

Super comfortable through out my whole baseball game.

Great plastic cleats that give ankle support. Shoes also are easy to walk on after the game.

New balance products are exactly what I need..The cleats are very comfy for my feet..you can't go wrong

I was excited to get this shoe in a wide width only to have it still be tight in foot width, I feel the shoe would have worked great if it was in a 4E width...

The molded rubber cleats seem very good. Shoe is stable. Though we did not like that the tongue in the shoe really has no support and slides to left or right putting laces in direct contact with foot. Should of had the loop or something to hold tongue in place.

I read reviews of this shoe before ordering online. The reviews said the shoe runs small so order a larger size. I wear size 12 in all shoes so ordered a 12 1/2 wide. However upon arrival they were way too short and not wide enough. I love the shoe but did not want to keep ordering and returning until I found the right size. None of the stores near us had it so I am back to square one. Its a shame the shoes are not true sizes. So I will settle for something I can find and try on before buying. So disappointed.

It is hard to find wide shoes that will fit youth players that is mid-cut and rubber soles. I wish there are more options available.

First off, I love NB and have them for running and walking, However, these are the worst cleats I have ever worn and are not true to size, I wear 10.5W other NB shoes. Furthermore, they did not break in properly, as the blisters on my feet can attest. I would not recommend playing in these cleats.
