I've been a longtime fan of Keen's Targhee Mid boots, and have had multiple pairs over the years. I ordered the same size in these and they fit fine, maybe a little longer. I was a little disappointed in the toebox. I was expecting the nice roomy one I have come to associate with the Targhee's, but this one is a bit cramped. My Targhee's have been comfortable right out of the box, these will need some break-in time. The Elena Mid looks great. I wanted something not clunky like a hiking boot but tougher than a sneaker, and this fits the bill perfectly. Too bad Keen sacrificed a bit of comfort for style.

I love these boots! I bought the black plaid. Fit is comfortable right out of the box. They are definitely boots, not lightweight sneakers, but they offer a happy medium. They are very well made, should last me for years. I have Raynaud’s and need to keep my toes warm, so I was excited to find this sneaker/winter boot hybrid. Wore them today and they kept my feet perfectly toasty (but not sweaty) in snowy 20 degree weather. Highly recommend.

These are cute and seem to be true to size, but they are very stiff. I was looking for winter walking shoes that do not look like hiking boots. These fit the bill for that but I am returning them because they rubbed my shin and did not have enough heel height for me.

these look extremely comfortable, but looks are deceiving! you put them on, and they feel like wooden boards on your feet, they dont bend, no cushion, and the part where the tongue is, digs into your foot! and i have flat feet which means its really low. I really wanted these to be great but returned.

These boots are very warm and cozy! They are also surprisingly light-weigh. They have nice tread on the bottom. The boots are a bit bulky at the top due to all the extra padding and fabric. I've learned not to tie them too too tight, or else they will feel constricting and create pressure at the front of my ankle. I love the color and the plaid pattern around the top. Very cute boots!

These are super comfortable and unique! I did get 1/2 size larger as I wear thick socks but they fit really well and have good support. Plus they are water resistant which is a big deal in our snowy area!

I normally wear a 7, sometimes a 7.5. I ordered both sizes and definitely needed the 7.5. But I ultimately didn’t end up keeping them because the opening of the boot was too stiff and uncomfortable. I liked how they looked, but didn’t like how they felt.

They fit true to size. I bought a 10 and they fit well. The toe box is nice and roomy. They are warm enough for the fall weather in NY. I’m not sure they are warm enough for winter.

I wanted something that would replace my beloved Keen Sienna Mary Janes during the winter months. I thought these would be worth a try, and boy am I glad I did! They keep my feet warm and have a similar fit to the mary janes I love. It's a great supportive show with a comfortably wide toe box and good arch support. I look forward to wearing them all winter long!

I only have one other pair of Keen shoes to compare, but these boots fit much more true to size. I wear a 9s in Sauconys and Brooks and a 9.5 in New Balance and Converse. The Elenas fit very comfortably with a little more space than I was anticipating. The extra room felt nice however as opposed to feeling to large. My foot doesn’t slip and the ties make it easy to adjust the fit. The waterproof feature is so helpful for fall and I know that I can rock these until it’s -4 outside and my feet will stay warm. They’re the ultimate boot for a casual style. I’m very happy.

I love these. Cute. Ordered a half size larger and put a Superfeet merino insert in them. I have high arches and need more support. Flexible lowers like tennis shoes. Supportive ankles like boots. I got these to walk my dog when it’s cold and wet and I walk on uneven ground. I’ve worn them every morning since they arrived. No break in needed. They are so cute I’m going to wear them casually too.

Fit great but make my feet look huge. Think that black rubber instead of the white would fix that. Kept them because they are so comfy.

Bought these for an upcoming trip to Finland. Based on others recommendations I bought a 1/2 size up from my normal 8.5 and ordered the size 9. They are a great fit, and will work with a thicker sock when wearing them in the cold and wet. They are also very trendy and cute. Got the Black with the flannel.

I was told by my Dr. to get high top sneakers because of my ankle problems and recent surgery. The sneaker hi top boots are just the BEST!! There is a lot of room in the toe area, and the arch support is really great along with the ankle support!! This is my ideal winter walking shoe boot and no breaking in period, felt great from day one, and an extra pair of shoe laces in a contrasting color; I just love them!!

These are super cute. I love the way they support my entire foot and ankle, which helps with my over pronation issue. I have plantar fasciitis and a falling arch and these do not have enough arch support for me. I removed the footbed and use my own. (That being said, my husband does not have my issues and he put the ones I removed in a pair of his own shoes that are not Keens and loves it. So I guess if you don't have arch issues, you'll like it. Keens are always enough support for him.) I've worn these with skinny jeans, but they would probably look cute with a skirt and I might try them with shorts when it gets warmer. Some reviewers didn't like the stiffness of the shoe. I like it b/c it helps with my foot issues and actually makes the shoe more comfortable for me. My feet are usually quite happy in close-fitting boots.

Another great shoe made by Keen. Perfect toe box for wide feet. I ware these all day at work. I recommend spraying them with waterproof spray to keep them clean and toes dry.

At first, I wasn’t sure about these. But I loosened the laces and they felt much better. It’s been a long time since I wore a lace up high top. I ended up wearing them all day and eventually taking a walk in them.

I really liked the look of this shoe and wanted it to fit but it was too tight. I am returning to see if the next size up would be better. Very warm and that is what I was looking for.

A little clunky and stiff. I wanted something easy to slip on and off but this was not. It was hard to get the laces loose enough to slide the boot on easily.

Extremely narrow. The length was correct for my foot, but I could barely get in them. They are super stiff and uncomfortable. I was really disappointed. They are also a lot bulkier than the picture looked. Not small and cute. Going right back.

These shoes are awesome!!!! Perfect for winter here in Montana! I found them to be very comfortable and supportive right after I put them on. I like them so much I want another pair!!!!!!

This is a good winter boot. I returned them because it rubbed my ankle and it's made of nubuck.

These boots were warm and seemed very durable which is what I was looking for. Unfortunately I am returning because each boot fit differently: the right boot was comfortably roomy, the left boot was painfully narrow in the toe box. I have narrow feet, so I was shocked that one of these was TOO narrow. I ordered my regular size and was wearing a thin wool sock.

I really wanted to like these boots they’re so cute! But I have wide feet and even ordering up a half size didn’t work. Really narrow for Keens which usually work for my wife feet. Sent them back, sadly.

Very comfortable and warm for wet and cold winter walks with my dog. Very stylish compared to wearing boots, really made well too. I can tell these will take me through many winters.
