This was a reorder in a Medium for the same exact coat which I originally ordered in a small and felt was too tight for a coat. As a point of comparison, this coat is the exact width across the back of one of my older coats in small, and about 1.5" smaller across the back for another coat I have in small. I love the features and it is very warm. Perfect for what I wanted. I could have used a size between the small and this medium but the medium is definitely the better fit for a winter coat.

The fit "fit" which for a coat means it's too snug. Crossing my arms in front of me made the coat pull. I really liked the design so I re-ordered in a medium. More coming...

Went for a hike in the rain and it kept me dry and warm! The hood stayed on and didn't keep falling off like most do. It is a little long on me but I am 5'1 so I expected it to be a little long. I got a few compliments on it too as it is a beautiful color and made so well. I am 145 and got a large. It fits perfect I have enough room to put another layer underneath if I need to.

Definitely size up. I'm generally a large and I got an xxl and it fits the way I imagine a large would

Such a great purchase! I'm new to the PNW and it is has been absolutely PERFECT for my everyday coat! It is stylish and warm. Im 5'5" 138 lbs and ordered a medium. I definitely have room for a thick sweater and scarf underneath, which is great.

I love this coat! I'm a dog walker and out in the elements a lot. It was 25 today with a wind chill of 16 and I was comfortable on my 90 minute hike in this coat. It's super cute, warm, and I love all the pockets. Plenty of space to keep everything I need to bring on my walks!

Bought this jacket for my niece, ordered one for myself! Not bulky, but very warm... Omni Heat is awesome!

This coat is warm and it's has an adjustable waist that gives it a feminine touch. The hood is detachable which is great.

I love this coat: quality materials, warm but not bulky, lots of pocket options, beautiful fur hood! I haven't tested it, but can tell it will keep me warm and dry. I sized up based on other reviews (I'm 5'2" and 130 lbs.) and I got a medium rather than my usual small and it feels like exactly the right size. The drawstring waist makes it even more flattering. Plenty of room to wear layers. underneath. It feels stylish and practical, exactly what I was hoping for.

Great coat overall! Super warm! Only thing I don't like is the pockets, awkward placement and not warm at all.

Great coat: warm but not too hot, really nice fabric and especially like the double zipper so it doesn't pop when sitting in car. I'd prefer more flare from hips down; it's a little too straight for the length of the coat. Sleeves fit me perfectly but they are a bit narrow. Have received many compliments.

Great coat for the cold weather water resistant which is a plus . Only problem is that the size L fits a bit tight a bit loud but overall I like the coat

I went with medium (my typical size) in this jacket and it was too tight. I'm 5'8" and weigh around 160. The water resistant cuffs will certainly keep snow and cold out, but were uncomfortably tight when putting them on. The arms overall felt small. The hood was large, as Columbia coats tend to be, but the button back feature mostly solved that. The fabric of the coat was loud - whenever I moved there was a crackling sound, especially in the hood, even without any part of the coat rubbing against itself. It would have been hard to hear someone talking to me. Definitely disappointed. I did like the overall weight of the coat; it would have likely done well in moderate cold and should have been able to keep me dry.
