I run between a 5.5-6. ( Mostly a 6) but I ordered these in a 5.5 and they fit perfectly. I wore them around the house for a bit and my feet started to get hot, which is unusual for me. But I'm going to keep them as maybe that will be a perk for the colder days coming.

Comfortably the most reliable pair of shorts that I have bought. Feel nice on the feet, no blisters, and price effective. Wish they lasted more than a year before they get worn in but very good shoe

Adidas Continental is a great every day shoe, I wear them to work, I can go for my walks in them, very comfortable, great quality, durable. Easy to clean being leather upper. Sizing - first time I ordered I got a size 5 men's which is a women's 6. I thought they were a little big so ordered a 4.5 men's which is 5.5 women's and they are perfect, although I can really get away with either size. Can pair them with jeans, trackies, quite versatile. Love this shoe!
