Roomy toebox. Just the right amount of cushion to be kind to my joints without leaving my energy on the ground.

The Cloudstratus per the ON website is considered a wider width shoe without being a full wide-width. I tend to seek out more room in the toe-box and this fit the bill. I have been using them for light trail running despite their designation as road shoes and they hold up. They are firm, well made and stylish and these are sincerely the best pair of running shoes I have ever owned.

The fit was perfect for me. I have been helped with fitting ON brand shoes by a local store prior to purchasing this pair, so I knew what I was getting. I am a new runner in general and especially new to road running due to the pandemic. I normally wear a size 8, but when I was fitted for a running shoe at a local store, the schooled me on the amount of extra room I would need and I purchased a size 8.5

Love the feel of these shoes! I have the Cloud Swift and thought I would try the Stratus. The Stratus is more roomy compared to the Swift, and I can feel the extra stability. I like the look, the lacing, and materials. I prefer a sole that isn't white, so this style suits my taste. I enjoy the comfort. No, they don't have the spongy type of cushioning; it's more of a firm, springy cushion. However, I really like the cushioning and roomy toe box. The only complaint is the skinny laces. I wish all the On shoes had the elastic no tie lacing option. I have replaced nearly all the laces in my shoes with that type.

They look chunky but are very light and have great arch support - I don't need my orthotics

I love these shoes. I have wanted a pair of On Clouds but the toe box was always too narrow until I found this style with the wide toe box. It's not too wide or clunky they are perfect right out of the box. SO great that my hubby bought a pair too.

A decent walking shoe. Not as much cushion for my knees as some of the others I have used.

A most unique shoe. Well thought out. Can custom the shoe laces based on width of foot - haven't seen this before. Wide front to allow toes to have space and do what toes are meant to do. Good color options. Like the lacing system, in general. Can feel the arch support. A bit weak though where the soles meet the metatarsals, in my opinion. A very cool shoe that's modern but retro.

Nice looking shoe, but had a bulky feel on my foot. It rubbed against the heel and ankle area, and I was hesitant to keep since it may cause alot of pain on my runs. The price was very high as well to take the chance.

i was happy to receive these as i have another pair and have enjoyed but these were just too tight even though i went up a half size. Will be returning.

These could be the worst running shoes I have ever purchased. The description outlines them as being supportive and cushioning and I found them to be neither. The first few days I wore them, they were fine. about 2 weeks in, the straps at the top of the shoe that holds the laces broke. I didn’t have the time to send them back, so I just kept them and continued to wear them (you could still lace them, just not all the way to the top of the foot). Regardless of the lace issue, they provide bo support and after just over a month I need a new pair. I exercise 6 days/week and average 30 running miles a week combined with other activities. I can usually get 3-4 months out of my shoes.

The fit was true to running shoe size. I’m a 9 in everyday shoes and a 9.5 in running shoes. Other than the fit true to size, I was underwhelmed by On. I’ve only heard amazing things and read great reviews. They’re just not for me. They were heavy, clunky and the ankle cuff came up way too high for my liking. I’ve had Achilles strains in the past so I’m very aware of how shoes fit the back of my feet.

Favorite sneaker ever! Extremely comfortable, they look great and are very lightweight. I also wear an AFO brace, I went up a half size and they work perfectly! ??????

This is my 3rd pair on ON shoes. Just retired my Brooks Ghost running shoes. Not the same as they use to be. Started with ON’s travel shoe the ON cloud and loved them. Then purchased the ON cloudflow for training shoes and loves those. Those were an easy transition at orange theory for a quick row and run. Moved to Guam a little under a year ago and I need to replace all my gym shoes. Just purchased the cloud x for a new training shoe and love those as well! Just received the ON cloudstratus for running and love them!!!!!! No need to return! Excited to use them for a 50 mile relay race on the island next weekend!!! They will deff hold up! Love the style and color and have received a lot of compliments already with the last three days!

OC are my favorite running shoes now. Cloudstratus are the way to go if you need a good stability shoe!

These are my favorite Ons. This is my second pair I have purchased so far. These are more supportive and comfortable than my other on clouds I have. I know these are meant for a running shoe but I wear these for work where I stand on my feet for 10 or so hours a day and I like them because they’re comfortable and lightweight.

Love this shoe. Light, super cushiony and super comfortable. I have a slightly wide foot, need a high toe box, have high arches and and high instep. These worked perfectly although I had to go up a size. I am an 8.5 in shoes and usually a 9 in sneakers but had to get these in a 9.5. Otherwise, great!

Personally, I bought these shoes because of the great arch support. As someone who runs every day these shoes have been great for me and I have already gone through two pairs. Unlike other brands, these shoes can normally get me to around 420-ish miles before I buy I new pair. if you are a distance runner who is looking for a versatile shoe for heavy workouts and easy runs this is my go-to.
