I do not understand the hype and trendiness of this brand...I’ve been an athlete and worked out my whole life and these sneakers are simply not comfortable and are not flattering to your foot at all. I am completely confused how this brand became so popular, I am convinced a lot of people are forcing a trendy shoe that is actually uncomfortable. The shoe runs true to size but is so unflattering and provides very little comfort. I purchased four different styles and I felt this way about all of them. I’d consider renewing your tried and trues before jumping on this bandwagon.

This is my third pair of On Clouds and I just love them! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is this particular color/style seems to run smaller than the rest. I've always had a 7.5 and they've been great. Even tried a 7.5 in a store in a different color before I bought these but the store was out of this color so I ordered them. When I got the terry/silver, I was surprised at how much smaller this same size felt than my other 2 pairs and the pair I just tried on in the store. And to prove it, I got a terrible blister on my heel which bled everywhere. And this didn't happen at all with my other pairs. I tripled checked these are a 7.5 and it says on the tongue they are. So unless they were labeled wrong, this terry version seems to run smaller than normal. But still love them!

Size and fit were perfect for my wife at the front and narrow heel. Walked 2 miles first time wearing them out and felt wonderful. No pinching, rubbing or binding. Also no slipping on my narrow heel. My feet didn’t feel tired after wearing all day. This review is for ON Cloud Terry. ON Cloud flow in same size was too big.

Love these shoes and the fact that you just slip them on! The grooves on the bottom are deep and wide so rocks gets stuck in there, but that’s a minor issue. Color matches everything.

These are so so cute for fall and very comfortable. I have narrow feet and these hugged my foot well. I’m usually between a 7 and 7.5 but went with the 7.5 and they might be a smidge short, so if you’re between sizes I’d definitely say size up. Only other issue is that I have a high arch and instep and they were too tight across the top of my foot until I did some creative re-lacing of the elastic laces (I basically skipped the last hole so they could expand more- and then they were perfect). Bottom line, if you find the right size and the fit works, they are great- unique and stylish for everyday wear- the comfort of wearing sneakers without looking like you’re coming from the gym.

This was my seventh pair of ON’s. I love this style so much, I have 5 of them. The terry’s do tend to run slightly more snug than typical cloud 2.0, which run slightly large in my opinion. Super cute style, easy to pull on, wear well.

Honestly, probably the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had right out of the box!
I like that they give you the option of lacing the shoes up, either the ‘slip on’ version that comes laced in the shoe but they also include laces that would make the balls and toes of the shoes snugger in that area. I prefer the elastic laces just for the ease of slipping them on and off.
The one thing I don’t love is the tongue of the shoe. I should have paid more attention to the ‘Terry’... the tongue is literally terry cloth - so you kind of look like you lost that part of the shoe and found a bath towel to replace it...
Overall, love the shoes and would definitely recommend ?

I bought these because my feet have been hurting and there are so many races about how comfortable these are & the descriptions about walking on a cloud, well nothing. I didn’t notice them being any different than any other shoe. The sole is absolutely nothing special? There’s not even like a memory foam in there. I have cheaper shoes that are more comfortable than these. Also they are cute online but in person I kept thinking that they looked cheap with that washcloth tongue and the leather on the sides is made spoty so they look dirty from the beginning. Not worth the money IMO, they look like a $30 pair of shoes to me so I sent them back.

So happy with this purchase! Lightweight, comfortable and easy to slip on. I’m going to use these for casual walking shoes or running errands. I normally wear a 8.5/9 and I bought the 9 and they fit great. So true to size for me. And while I size up to 9.5 when I buy running shoes (ASICS) for extra room in the fore foot, and I tried the 9.5 on and they were way too big.

This is my 4th pair of Ons, and I love them. My size can vary fro 8-8.5 depending on the brand, and with On I’m an 8.5, so I guess go bigger if you’re on the fence size-wise. I got the olive color which I was afraid would be too green, but actually the color is lovely and is more of a green-blue-gray. Kind of ocean green rather than olive. I love it. These are supposed to come with both speed laces and regular laces, but I only got the sped laces.

Love these! Comfortable on first wearing, even without socks there is no friction or blistering. I'm glad I read reviews before ordering and ordered my normal size plus a half size up- they do indeed run a half size small as many other reviewers noted. Normally I wear a 7 and in these the 7.5 was definitely a better fit. Other notes re fit: my feet are on the narrower side of medium, and these are the perfect fit for me so I would say they run a little bit narrow but not extremely narrow. I would not recommend for wide foot, and you might even try a full size up if you're on the wider side of medium. The Olive Green is gorgeous, but I ended up keeping the Silver- it's so pretty. They're not metallic but the gray is a beautiful shade that has some soft, light, aqua in it, that is almost luminous. I think you have to see in person to appreciate. Also these are very lightweight. They'll be great for traveling (if we can ever travel again!) because of the weight, slim design, and they can be used for walking around cities as well as hiking or exercising.

The most comfortable sneaker. Not sure these will be good for any kind of workout, but definitely a great everyday sneaker.

This is my 4th pair of the On Cloud shoe. This pair was made in Viet Nam. I bought them because I require larger shoes after foot surgery. Unfortunately, these size 8 1/2 fit EXACTLY like the size 8's I have that are too small! No difference whatsoever. I wish they could get a handle on the sizing issue. I may try to order the size 9. In all other shoes I wear an 8!!

So these shoes are super cute compared to the running styles. But they still have the clouds on the bottom to cushion my knees when standing on hard surfaces. The shoe is long and wide enough, and the material itself is stretchy. But, I do find the arch too snug with the default stretchy laces. I tried to adjust the length of the stretchy laces, but the shoe just looked...wrong. I had to switch to the standard laces, which were included. This allows me to tie them a bit looser to accommodate my high arch. The standard laces were somewhat of a challenge to install, but it is possible. Too bad I can't use them as slip ons, but I do believe these will be good shoes for me.

These are super cute and comfy and I was so happy to purchase and wear these as they are my second pair of On sneakers, however, after the second wear the front of the top of the shoe became indented, did not hold its shape. I am very sad about this and may try to return them for a different style.

I am so disappointed in these shoes. I have 2 pair of these that I lovingly wore out. What did you do? They simply don’t fit right. Narrower. Tight on top. All wrong. Why? Now even at Nordstrom they are all weird. It is not Zappo but ON. You need to crack the whip and get the company to go back to their successful shoe. Yikes. My feet and I are sad.
I'd also recommend:
Not ON anymore. I do like ARA. Guess I like German shoes but Japanese cars.

I was so excited to get these delivered today. My feet hurt all the time from walking in our house with hard wood floors and tile. I don't want to wear out my nice running shoes and my slippers aren't supportive enough to wear all day (I work from home), so I read the reviews and decided to try these On Cloud slip-ons. I got both the terry and the regular version to try. Neither pair are either more or less comfortable than the other. They pinch the tops of my feet, even when the laces are loosened up all the way. I have a very narrow foot so it's not due to a high volume foot or high arch pressing against the laces, it's just the overall placement of the laces, I suppose. The soles are minimal, as most shoes come, and were noticeable uncomfortable. I took them out to place better ones in and noticed the bottom of the shoe was rock hard with no give like my comfier running shoes. Just sitting on the couch with these shoes on while having my coffee I started to notice hot spots on the bottoms of both feet and could feel the edge of the tongue digging into the top of my foot (more-so the regular version than on the Terry style). And I definitely did not feel like I was walking on clouds in them. Returning both pairs to continue my search for a comfortable and supportive shoe to wear indoors all day on hard floors and while sitting at my desk.

A fail of epic proportions. Everyone is loving this brand, so I thought i would give it a try. My own fault was that shopping on my phone I couldn't tell that the tongue was actually a terry material - not so cute in person and would get worn down and gross very fast in any kind of rain etc. Beyond that: the shoes are wide, with no real support, a tongue that doesn't move at for adjustment of comfort, and overall feel like something that you would pickup at a discount shoe store - not something well constructed and worth the price paid. After putting the real laces in to see if that would make it any better I was just baffled how anyone is wearing these thinking that they're a good value or anything else. I suppose if you have loads of money to throw at something for no reason, go for it. If you're looking for a quality shoe to wear in a real world scenario I'd steer clear.
