Pretty much the best running shoes ever. I started running about 4 years ago in the Ghost 10's, then the Ghost 11's and now the 12's. They are supportive, wide enough for my feet, and they always have the best colors. Wouldn't wear any other running shoe.

Omg. So not like the ghost 10. Terrible uncomfortable wore in house for 10 minutes causes toes to go numb. Plenty long enough and heel feels good but something in forefoot area not the same... feels hard instead of cushiony... don’t know what is different but terrible uncomfortable

These fit true to size. I had terrible plantar fasciitis from working on my feet 12+ hours per day. I work in healthcare and am on the go from the minute my shift starts until I leave. After seeing a podiatrist and going through physical therapy, she recommended these as the number one shoes for my condition. And boy have they made a difference! I wouldn’t wear anything else to work besides this style and brand. I bought the aqua with black bottoms. They are pretty and I get a lot of compliments on them. I just ordered a new pair, the black with gold and cannot wait for them to arrive.

LOVE these sneakers. Brooks Ghost 11 were my first long distance running shoe and these 12 sneakers are just as comfy but SO PRETTY. Major comfort, ankle cushion, wide toe box, very roomy. Love them so much. I’m usually a 9 and these 9 shoes fit true to size.

I power walk 7-10 miles every day, have for many years, and have lost track of how many pairs of Ghosts I've worn out. I'm currently alternating between wearing a brand new pair of Ghost 11s (I stocked up as they were being phased out) and a brand new pair of Ghost 12s. I love the 11s (unlike many other reviewers here) and am returning the 12s under the 30 day run guarantee that Zappos so generously offers. The 12s feel like I have two boards strapped to my feet. I am constantly distracted by these shoes and how bad they feel on my feet. When I'm wearing 11s I am not bothered by walking on brick pavers. However, I feel every uneven brick when wearing the 12s. The cushioning in the forefoot is not up to Brooks' Ghost standards. The shoe just feels sloppy and stiff on my foot and I am accustomed to a very secure, snug, comfy fit from my Ghosts. I really tried to make these work.

First - these shoes run small - even if you are always one size go up a half size without question. When I first put these on I thought I really loved them, but I had to leave the gym after 10 minutes because I was in so much PAIN! The arch support was so intense it ended up pushing on my arches and causing terrible pain. If you have extremely high arches these may work but otherwise I would pass.

Bought after reading the reviews - tried them on when first got them - felt comfortable - went walking in them and OMG I have never had so much pain from sneakers - it was horrible - my feet still hurt all over especially on the top of my foot - literally red - so uncomfortable I had to even stop several times to keep adjusting them to see if it helped and to stop the pain - the next day and my feet still hurt. So disappointed - returning them

These are THE WORST running shoes I have ever bought! They are nothing like the previous versions in fit and comfort. They are so uncomfortable that even after attempting to wear them in for months I am unable to ever wear them again. I have had to go back to wearing my old (and oh so comfortable) Ghost 10's. There is nothing that will make these shoes comfortable. They make my feet hurt from the moment I put them on. Same size as my several previous Ghost running shoes. I tried them because I love Brooks and the Ghost line and thought new ones might be even better. Boy was I wrong. They are NOTHING like the older version - tighter, painful, no arch support and no cushioning at all in my opinion. I hate them! I am so upset that I have totally wasted $130 and now will have to try to find/buy the older Ghost 10's that are the best running shoes I've ever had. Don't buy these! They are no longer like the previous Ghost runners.

This were super cute and very cushioned shoes. The toe box was way tooooooo small. My toes were cramped even though I went a half size up. I did try a whole size bigger but the shoes were way to big and clumsy. I wish shoe companies would stop making such a cramped toe box. They must not be runners who like to keep their toe nails intact!!!!!

I have 4 pair of Ghost 11 which are so comfy and fit perfectly. The Ghost 12 I bought is even better. Better cushioning and excellent arch support. I have very high arches and it is so difficult to find footwear that fits without putting pressure on the balls of my feet, unless I wear a separate orthotic insert. With the Ghost 12, I do not need to wear an orthotic. I bought the white color, which has silver/gold metallic laces, and the Ghost insignia is a blend of metallic silver and gold. The cashier at my local grocery store loved my shoes and said she was thinking about replacing her Hoka One One with Ghost 12. I wish I had these when I worked full time in retail, standing on concrete floors. I am retired now and loving the comfort of my Ghosts.

This sneaker runs a little small. I'm usually a 7.5...I read the reviews and ordered a 1/2 size bigger and in wide. The results were the most comfortable, best fitting sneaker I've ever owned. As a person with bunions, plantar fasciitis and shin splints, I never thought I could start running. These sneakers changed everything. So happy that I ordered another pair for the closet. ??

These were delivered this morning so I had to go out right away for a literal test run. These are my first pair of Brooks and read a lot of reviews before deciding on the Ghost 12. These felt amazing! My pace for a 2 mile run was faster than I had been doing and absolutely no pain in my heels (I tend to land hard on the balls of my feet while running; the heels of my last 3 pairs of running shoes have worn completely down while the toe stays good). I run on concrete sidewalks which are pretty hard on the foot but these felt great. Great support but not too bouncy. They felt true to size. I wear a size 10 and have standard athletic socks. When I finished running and was just walking they felt a tad roomy but a 9.5 would be too small. I had been using Saucony's until now but may be a Brooks convert.

I've struggled with Brooks' inconsistent cushioning and support in their recent models, but I really like the Ghost 12! It fits my narrow heal and has terrific cushioning and arch support. Zappos, thank you for being flexible and letting me find pairs that work.

My feet feel as though they’re on vacation! I’m going to order another pair!!

I’m a second grade teacher working from home from my dining room. My two toddlers keep me busy, but since the shutdown, my Pilates classes have stopped. My hips and lower back were awful and I needed a better shoe to support me. I wear a 7.5 in most shoes. I felt the 8 in the Ghosts was the way to go. They are beyond comfortable and supportive, yet never firm or restrictive. The narrow part of the shoe, for me, is the heel and mid-section surrounding the arch. The toe box is wider. The laces hold tightly, and I can totally see why there is a cult-following for these. I’m so glad I found these shoes, and can’t wait to “up” my summer fun with my boys now!

Delighted so far. I always size up on running shoes: 1/2 size if ‘true to fit’, a full size if ‘runs small’. These 9.5s so far feel like a dream. Haven’t worn yet, just tried on, but ecstatic.

Very comfortable. I have bunions and wide feet. I fast walk 6 miles 6-7 days a week. These shoes feel the best I’ve tried so far.

These are much like the past Ghost version, with a bigger drop off on the sides. I always have to wear orthotics (I have zero arch) and these accommodated them just fine, with the original Brooks insert right on top. Laced them fine, my heel doesn’t slide out! I exchanged the laces for some more stretchy ones, because I slide them on and off frequently and don’t want to ruin the heel. I’m very satisfied with my purchase- ever since I found Brooks several years ago, I know exactly what size I’m getting, and can be confident on great quality!

This is my third pair of Brooks Ghost sneakers purchased in three years. I walk five to ten miles a day, and they fit my feet perfectly. Ghost 12s are so comfortable, I can wear them “ right out of the box” with little or NO “breaking in” period. Love the light gray/ white color.

I usually wear a 9 in most shoes. I got wide size 9 and a wide was great for my feet issues. My toes are not hurting anymore and my knees feel much better. Do it you won’t regret it.

I normally order half a size up with running shoes, but I had to go a full size up with these. However, they are probably the most comfortable running shoes I've ever put on my feet. They're super light and cushiony. I will definitely stick with these in the future. I also love that they come in a ton of colors.

These are my second pair of Brooks Ghosts. I am on my feet 8 hours a day. They are a must for cushion and support. I have very narrow feet and a high arch. I have to use different arch supports, but they are snug and hug my feet with plenty of room to wiggle my toes.

I love Books - Ghost 10 was my last pair of new shows a few years ago. I bought these again because they work for me. I did have ate get a wide, as the regular was a bit more narrow than the last pair. Great shoes, durable, good comfortable shoes foe working out and walking. Thank you Zappos for have-not the" Wide" width in stock !!
