I was sad to return because they’re so cute but my heel was slipping badly. I ordered a 6.5 when I’m typically a 7 and my foot was almost coming out of the back when I walked.

The shoe itself is obviously super attractive - I absolutely love the look! I can't say I'm 100% satisfied with the fit unfortunately. Like some of the other reviews said, the heel does slip due to the body of the shoe (around the laces + toe box) being very, very roomy. There's actually empty space between my foot and the body of the shoe, while it still fits great from heel to toe. I almost returned, but the look of the shoe won me over.

These sneaks are for running around and treadmill work. I like a sneaker that has a sock feel. True to size. Bring back the the pull on the heal NB!

This is a comfortable shoe but there is not much traction on the sole

Fits runs slightly larger. Reason for 4 star and not five is the stitching on heal tab can irritate skin if wearing low cut socks.

I bought these shoes to mostly be a casual shoe, and I'm still a little undecided about what I think of them. The back goes up higher than I'm used to, so I feel like I need a sock that goes higher in the back, but then they stick out around the ankles where the shoes are cut a lot lower. Plus, all my shoes from NB have always been 8.5, but these feel pretty roomy in the toe box. Definitely not a complete negative, just something to note. All that said, the shoes are comfortable and work well for what I bought them to be.

Even though they say they're for running, which I have yet to test, I bought them for weight lifting because of the wide and flat platform that they provide. Well, let me just say that they are great just for that! Provides me the stability I need as someone who's flat footed, and they have pretty good shock obsorption as well when doing box jumps. I didn't give them 5 stars only because I wish they were more fitted around the heel as they fit a bit loose from the back, which is why I don't think they'd be good for running.

These run a little big. I normally wear a 6 and they feel a little big, but they are comfortable and hold up better than the cruz.

Right underneath the lacing is a piece of elastic across the front which helps to hold the shoe in place. It is not tight, comfortable just needs getting a little used to. The knit around the shoe is flexible and moves with the foot. I enjoy running in these shoes. The only hiccup is my left foot is slight loose in the shoe with no way to tighten it further. However, not enough to disturb the run.

Love this shoe. It's slightly big for an 8.5 but it still fits.

I bought these shoes and really liked them at first, but realized they were too big. I sent them back and am hoping I can just exchange for my size, but I will say I wish the laces could make them tighter. They are kind of a slip-on sneaker, which doesn't seem totally practical for running.

Laces need to be pulled very tight to make the toe box smaller, but that makes the top of the shoe pucker. On the other hand, these sneakers are very comfortable.

The comments were correct. This is a very comfortable, reasonably priced shoe that deserves four stars, not one.

I love these running shoes. The only issue is that they are not true to size. They run big. Since they took so long to arrive I decided to keep them and use thick socks. Having said that they aren't heavy and the style is beautiful

As a personal trainer I'm on my feet all day in the gym. I love the light and soft feel. My only complaint is the rear heel is a little tall and runs on my Achilles.

They are very comfortable, next time I will order 7 wide instead of 71/2 wide. Cute color.

Bought these for work, I'm in healthcare and on my feet all day. They were SO cute when I tried them on, but I bought my usual running shoe size of 8, and as I was warned in other reviews, the heel just slipped right off my foot each time I took a step. Can work all day in a shoe that's falling off no matter how cute it is. Bummer!!!

Loved the look of these shoes, but your heel slips with every step. Because of the heel design and because it doesnt have the anchor holes, you can't tighten the shoes properly.

I had to delicately remove the strip of leather on the tongue and or top of shoe. It really rubbed against my foot. Also, the shoe runs short. Cannot wear with socks.
