When I first bought this shoe I initially thought it was designed for the gym based on the design of the upper and the thickness of the sole. However when I tried running in them, I noticed that the cushioning was excellent and could withstand the pounding of city streets. Another thing I noticed was that the upper was very breathable which kept my feet cool during the run. This shoe can be worn on any paved surface and the person wearing it can be comfortable wearing it. Even wearing it to the gym is a good idea. The only drawback I have noticed with this shoe is that it isn't the best to wear in wet conditions because my socks got wet when I tried to. Hopefully in the future a waterproof version comes out. In conclusion this is an excellent shoe for the person that does their running on paved surfaces.

This shoe has a great bounce to it just as it says in the name. I wear these shoes during work where I'm on my feet for the majority of the day and need to be mobile. I like the hug of the shoe and round base of the sole that allows for great surface area for the foot to relax. Overall super comfy.
