Buy one size bigger. I'm usually a 9 and bought a 9.5 and fits well. Just started running with them and ok so far. However , if you want to be a serious runner probably need something lighter. These shoes are value for money especially for beginner runners

Used them for all training runs for marathon build and feel great. Little heavy for doing fast sessions in but good comfortable shoe for the long distance stuff.

Very comfortable and a very good looking trainer. I will be using mjne as a lifestyle trainer and then once they've got a bit dirty, I'll be using them for the gym and running.

Really smart looking trainers ..... bought for my son who loves the reflective elements of the shoe ..... we bought these in blue and with the reflection they look stunning!

These trainers are a lovely fit (ordered a size 10 when I'm normally a size 9), I tried 9.5 but they were too small so I had to send them back. I have only used them for running once, but I didn't get the usual lower back pain I get when I run so it's looking good, hopefully it continues like this. Would definitely recommend so far.

Cushioning is great due to the boost sole, heel fit is comfortable all-round great trainer only had chance to use on a treadmill so far but a nice fit and feel
