I love western chief. I live in Maine and rain boots are as essential as anything. And YES, I used to buy the very expensive, beautiful sort, and the second most expensive beautiful sort before I landed with Western. Okay, maybe those are not the most stylish, but they last much longer, don’t crack within a month of purchase, are very comfortable, keep my feet dry, are easy to put on when my dogs are waiting for a walk and take off once we are back. And, wait, what else do I need from a rain boots? Nothing? Right. That’s it then. Did I mention they are inexpensive? They are.

I purchased one size larger, 8, as I wanted to be prepared for the heavy thick socks I wear during winter months. If I were only wearing regular socks I would have ordered 7. They are stylish and easy to get on and off, which was my major concern.

These arrived in a bag instead of a box which was unexpected. They are not as shiny as the product photo appears (solid black). I would say they run slightly large. I wear a 9 and ordered a 9 and they feel slightly roomy, but not uncomfortably so... good for layering socks when it's cold. I don't think they would be comfortable walking any grand distance in, but I didn't have that expectation anyway. Decent rainboots for the price, suitable for the purpose. Happy with purchase.

Way too large. HUGE. And they weighed a lot. I wear 8 or 8.5 but there were no size 8 available so I ordered 9, as suggested. Then I ordered a size 8 in a different color. It also was too large. I'd say a full size too large. Sending them back. Got perfect, though not as bright and cute, rainboots elsewhere.

Super cute and fun pattern with the flowers. After reading reviews, I initially ordered a size 7 (my normal shoe size is 7 1/2 - comments mention sizing down of your are 1/2 size). After exchanging them for the 8, they fit perfectly. If your in between sizes with a wider foot (like me), I recommend sizing up, these felt a little narrower less stretch than your average shoe.

Great fit, I went up a half size and have room for socks and can easily slip them off.

Super comfy and plenty of room to wiggle my toes. I purchased a size 10. Boots run big in size. Purchased size 11 and had to return them because they were way too big. I got the roosters! Can’t wait to wear them on the beach in Oregon!

I normally wear an 8.5 but the size 8 fits fine with socks.

After reading reviews that stated this boot ran on the larger side, I ordered my regular size 8 so that I could wear with a thick sock. I love my boots, they are perfect for my needs. I have to wear a stable shoe so that I can work on my sloped property and these are fantastic, very comfortable to work in. Even with thick socks I can get these on and off easily. I love that they are on the heavier side, but did not feeI heavy on my feet so I hope it means they will last me for a few years. Also, the "Bouquet" style was just the right amount of print and color, just for the fun of it. Thanks Western Chief, keep up the great work :)

These boots are so stinking cute! I am 70 years old and would love to wear them but they were more loose in the calf than I wanted. There is no support, of course, but they seemed pretty well made. I wear a 7-1/2 and the size 8M fit well.

These run generally narrow and have little give to stretch. Cute designs and sizing seems ok
