I have worn these shoes for 4 years now over the course of 3 different line cook jobs. They are just now starting to wear down. In my case they are very comfortable and I've not needed to use insoles. Durable and kinda stylish too, withstands 16 hour days and getting drenched in fryer oil multiple times. Dope shoe highly recommend

About to buy my third pair, it's a great shoe I work in a restaurant walking constantly all shift and I have pushed my last pair to last me over a year with constant rough use.

These shoes are awesome! The stitching and seams are perfectly intact with no signs of coming apart and these are the best! I work 8-5 Mon-Fr. with no problem at all.

These shoes are fantastic, super comfy right out of the box (about 1 day to break in the heal) and truly non slip. I even wore then on the icy roads and they were super stable. My only gripe is why are the laces so long? They could be 2/3s the length and still have plenty of room. I'm actually considering replacement of the laces because they are almost dangerously long

I've been buying the Cambridge for many years now. I'm a Restaurant Manager and the classic style and comfort keeps me coming back time and time again. The non slip grip is outstanding. I buy a new pair about every year or so and they are excellent for all the miles I put on them running my restaurant.

These shoes are very comfortable to be in all day. They are slip resistant, which is important if you work in a kitchen. They also have a dressy look to them which is a nice feature, they have a quality look to them. The wide option is important for me, not every style offers this.

I have always order this shoe. sometimes last me up tp 8 moths and sometimes 3 month. I dont know what depends on. but i like it.

I've been buying some shoes or who is three years you're always extremely long lasting, stylish, and comfortable. I love the new suit bottoms and the fact that the cost is so much cheaper than buying them in a store.

As a certified safety professional (CSP) who works in numerous automotive repair shops (for over 25 years), I always wear my Shoes for Crews footwear. Typically, I wear the Cambridge dress shoe, which is extremely slip-resistant, durable, comfortable and attractive. The shoes usually last a couple of years before I must replace them. They are much more slip-resistant than other workboots and sneakers, in demonstrations I conduct in automotive service shops. They are ok on snow and ice, but are not a substitute for footwear specifically designed for winter wear. (DH)

I work in corrections and this shoe does an awesome job of holding up to various elements to include the everchanging weather. This pair has lasted over 3yrs of abuse and still lets me wear them to dressier functions and even Church!!! Love them!!

These are comfortable shoes that I wear 5 days a week 7 months a year for work. (The other 5 months I wear boots for winter.) They last all year which so I believe they are very good value for the money.

Fits like a glove. Comfortable, easy to clean and keep a professional shine! Would highly recommend this shoe. Also, a great price!

I like these! I just received these Saturday(7/27). I am hoping these last longer than my last pair(Flair, which did not last that long!). They fit perfectly, and look nice. I am really hoping they last 5-6 months. I work in a deli, and there's quite a bit of fluids and chemicals that the shoes will end up getting splashed with over time. So we'll see! I really want to like these! I will update on my review after a few months.

The shoe fits good right from the time I put them on, didnt even have to break them in. Great for working in wet an greasy floors, almost no slipping.

This is my first purchase from Shoes for Crews and I'll definitely be buying from them again! Excellent fit,comfortable and budget friendly
