I did not like this shoe. There was no support whatsoever and the cushioning felt thin. Returned.

You Informed me the day after taking my order that you could not fulfil it and cancelled it. Even though the same items where still showing as available to purchase online. The subsequent cancellation took over 5 working days meaning my account was still holding back the monies as uncleared. Subsequently your customer and order systems show they are not linked as parts of business do not recognise that up you did not complete the order e.g, asking me for a product review for a failed sale. I had to purchase these elsewhere as they were a present and this added to my costs - not Asics finest experience.

Small and tight fitting shoe, tight toe box area shoe

The heel bends into the shoe. Very disappointed. Think they are defective.

So many people recommended these shoes I wasn't worried about not liking them. Boy was I wrong. I don't know if there was a bad batch or what but my walking buddies were laughing at me as I clomped around our 4 mile morning walk. I figured they just needed to loosen up but the next day I could not even make it a mile. They have no flexibility to the sole at all, it would have been the same if I had tied my feet bricks. Hoping for answer from customer service to return them, I didn't feel right sending them back as new since I wore them on 2 walks. So far no word.

These look great, but unfortunately arent as comfortable as my previous pair of ASICS. There is too much bulk around the entry point of the shoe and in the tongue. I can barely tighten the laces.

Most uncomfortable shoe I have had. So disappointing. Wanted to start running again after a hiatus of years. ASICS was always the number 1 running shoe for me, I couldn't even go walking in these. Bought a special insole so could wear it to the gym.

No free return The size is smaller, not fit. Return back needs 20+ dollars delivery fee, not worth it. Didn't wear it for once, can't comment.

My orange pad fell off of the shoe. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary with these shoes besides wear them to run...on a treadmill.

They didn't fit properly like the other Gel 21's I just bought. I was bummed. I also sent them back and have not received my refund.

I have worn these shoes less than a dozen times and they are already getting a hole at the inner ankle. This has happened to the last 4 pairs of Cumulus that I have had. It's a very cheap thin quality of fabric. I guess I am going to have to find a different brand of running shoe because this is ridiculous. I've seen this addressed in reviews before and it's silly of me to think that ASICS would address this and look into the quality of the materials they are using.

Too narrow around the toes and come up a size smaller compared to my other ASICS. I have complained but not heard back. Wast of money

These shoes were incredibly uncomfortable. I do not recommend them.

my daughter loved her last asics running shoes, however, she said these hurt her feet and felt like they were slipping off her heal.

Very uncomfortable, soles are way too firm and my feet hurt after wearing them even after having them for over a month. Wish I would have went in store so I could try them on. Will not purchase again.

Too small in compare to previous version. I strongly recommend fit shoes at the store before purchasing.

One shoe is defective. The back is scrunched up and uncomfortable. It looks as if they sent something that was incorrectly manufactured. Not happy at all with this purchase.

too tight I had to return but I got a shoe fitting at a sports retailer and got me Gel cumulus 27 and my feet problems got resolved. Now I am looking for two more good pairs. I love Asics.

The shoes fit far too tight and sole was uncomfortable.

The lining around the top where you put your foot in is now constructed of real thin fabric. My other foot hit this area when I used them the first time I ran with them and created a hole. I now have to have duct tape to cover the hole. Very disappointed since I bought 2 pairs. This happen on my last pair as well, which I thought was just a bad pair. Looks like ASICS made a bad design change. My older pairs had a sturdy tougher fabric for the lining. If ASICS does not change back unfortunately, I will have to look for a new brand for running shoes.

I had to return these shoes despite ordering in the same size as my current gel cumulus because they were too large. Have emailed Asics to see if I can reorder half a size smaller but not had any reply.

Didn't even received them. They are payed . Asics not respond

i emailed you guys asking for help for my return and no help at all. tried the number and that dint work either. the shoe is alright, but came with the tag broken .
