I am in love with this shoe - the color and style is superb. I am so sad to have to return these though as my little toe is not supported well by where the strap is and sticks out of the side of the shoe. The color is a perfect, deep orange and shoe appears to be very well made. The only thing that could be changed to make it perfect would be for it to have been made in a Fair Trade Certified Factory where the workers were paid a living wage and had good working conditions.

I ordered a wide width, and this is one of the few pairs of shoes that my feet don't hang over the edge. LOVE them. The stacked heel is comfortable. These can be dressed up or down. Very stylish!

I loved the look of the shoe, but like other customers, my little toe protruded out of the side of the strap on both shoes. If the strap placement was slightly adjusted, they would have been great

These are really cute shoe, and I’d really like to keep them. Unfortunately, as another review were noted, somehow the position of the side opening and my little toes correspond in a way that means that my little toes stick out the sides, which just looks really ridiculous. Very sad, but sending these back

Like other reviewers, I had a problem with the placement of the band that allowed the little toe to stick out. I don't think the shoes would have been comfortable for a full day's wear. I loved the color and look.

I have found all the Naturalizer 27 Edit run a little wider than the normal Naturalizer narrows. The length is true to size though.

This sandal is very cute, but, as the other reviewer stated, it was very uncomfortable where the little toe hit. Mine stuck out as well. I’m sending them back for this reason alone.

I had the same problem someone else reported...in my size 11 shoe, the side strap was above, not around, my little toe. Have to send them back unfortunately..

I bought these in the pewter/silver color and wore them to a wedding, they were so comfortable that I had to buy another pair in black to have for future use!

I ordered the alabaster in a 9w. I really like this shoe a lot, but didn't care for the color so I returned it. I may order the black or the poppy instead. It was very comfortable with good quality materials, soft leather! I gave it 4 for style because I think it could have been just a smidge higher heel.

Very pretty and flattering on the foot. Ordered 9W, my usual size in Naturalizer. Fit like a glove and very soft and comfy around the forefoot without being at all sloppy. However, the shoe caused a lot of pressure on my metatarsal region, would have been quite painful after an hour or so of standing, so I won't keep them.

This shoe fit the bill in every way, but strangely the strap is placed too low and my smallest toe on each foot is left hanging out. Another reviewer mentioned this as well. This is a first in my life for any shoe, so I blame the design and not my own odd feet. Typically I have to watch out only for bunions. So, this is a deal-breaker and the shoes are going back. Painless to return, thanks to Zappos!

Very pretty shoes but the sole/shank is very flexible so it doesn't give your foot support as you walk. Love how they look, really don't love how they feel.

These shoes are very pretty. However the straps are wider than other Naturalizer sandals I own.

They were too big and the strap in the back fell down so I returned them.

Like others have mentioned, the criss-cross design lands very oddly and makes your pinky toe stick out. If the criss-cross was just slightly higher these shoes would have been wonderful but I had to return them.

Received the wrong size, a 9.5 W instead of 9.5 N as ordered. Appearance was as expected based on description and photos.

Like previous reviews, the little piggy that cried 'wee, wee, wee, all the way home', does not stay in the shoe. Very disappointing because otherwise, a great shoe. That's the reason for the overall rating. Wish I could've worn them for my son's wedding; sadly I have to return.

I didn't really like the style and the fit was not great. 9W was a bit too small, and the heel was a little sloppy when I walked. My right foot is 9-3/4" long from heel to longest (2nd) toe, 3-3/4" wide at the widest point, and 2" at the widest part of my heel.
