Purchased mine via Zappos/Amazon and am disappointed due to the bag not matching the loafers with the same Frozen Lilac color. The loafers are a stunning hue of lilac (magnificent) while the Margaux crossbody tone is boring and dull. The bag also has the typical toxic made-in-China chemical smell.

I bought the bag as a gift for my wife for her birthday. Unfortunately it was dropped a few weeks after purchase and scuffed rather easily. Disappointed in the fact that it marked up so easily.

I emailed KS to see if this came in larger size. No reply. The color is gorgeous as is the small wallet I gave her, with silver hardware per request. It is a crossbody and no "give". I'd say it's small not medium. Not much can fit in it. Travel lightly!

This is a perfect crossbody bag, sofisticated and convertible to a clutch. Great size. Sadly, the strap hardware broke after five days of use.

I purchased this product, but was very disappointed that the actual product does not have the orange accent stripe. They stopped production with this accent stripe, so they are unable to send actual. They say they will provide me with a refund and did attempt to find the original with the orange accent stripe.

This purse is to stiff & I wish the strap was longer. It's to short to be used as a crossbody.

First day. . . .gold handle on zipper fell off & lost. Too difficult to send back. Nice bag. Nice navy leather. Very disappointed!!!! Paid too much for that to happen!!

Some color is off from the end of the strap, this is not the first time i got from kate spade bag..... other than that, i like the bag. But becoz of that, i may not purchase again....

Kate space logo is printed on and does not stick out like other purses. In other purses, the logo is metal but on this purse it is very small and printed. Not happy with this purchase.

I bought this crossbody a couple of weeks ago. The color in the picture was much lighter than in person. Unfortunately, I am unable to return as all sales are final. Not sure what to do with it.

I purchased the frozen lilac. I love the color and wanted to love this bag, but unfortunately I prefer my crossbody bags slightly larger. Also, another con for me was how easily the leather showed imperfections with barely any wear. All I did was try on the bag and already part of the bag seemed creased. I’ve never experienced this with other brands, so this was pretty disappointing. Thankful for zappos return policy.

I bought bag and wallet to match both are made for a child...very disappointed!

The kate spade logo on the bag is almost nonexistent. I'm afraid to even lightly wipe around my bag now because the logo just might come off completely. It was a waste of money for a name brand that won't even show up the slightest bit. Also, one of the seams for the small pocket inside is undone. This bag is either VERY used or a bad egg I'm not happy with this purchase.

It's too stiff to put hand in the main compartment. I've scratched myself several times trying to get things out of the purse.

Poor quality

It came with a big scratch on it and the strap keeps breaking, awful would never buy again the quality has gone down so much

May come without a strap and when it does they will not allow you to exchange it for the same item in a different color when you find out the color you want is sold out. They also won't try to accommodate you by just sending out a strap.

I bought it because pink is my favorite color. However, this shade of pink is just horrible! Unfortunately, I cannot exchange as it is a final sale.

This purse is way too small. Nobody in my family can use it.

My boyfriend got me this bag as a birthday present. When I opened the box, he thought he was sent the wrong bag become this bag is pictured to be more of a coral color. But in person, it is more of a bright pink so disappointed. I wish I would return it.
