It's hard to push in the foot with Afos. The top of the shoe is not wide enough. Having the elastic shoe strings does not make it any easier.

This is the second year in a row I have bought these for my son... and I even bought two pair in different colors this year! They are great for kids who don’t want to fool with tying shoes & they look cool! He uses them for basketball and school!

I really like the Nike FlyEase Team Hustle D9 shoes. For someone who isn’t a fan of laces (like me) these shoes are perfect.it is very easy to put them on .The only problem is that the strap keeps splitting in two but other then that it’s great.

This shoe looked really cute on my eight-year-old boy. Unfortunately six months of use and I had to toss them out. They were super worn and the Velcro tag that you use to pull the zipper around broke off. The emblem on the tongue was peeling off. My son doesn’t normally wear shoes out like that, I was very disappointed.

Unfortunately these did not hold up. After only one week of wear the strap broke off. I'm in the midst of working with Zappos to return the item but I would not recommend this for kids. My son loved the shoes and was so excited. They looked really nice but the quality on the strap just is there. So disappointed.

Purchased these for a grandson and he loved them! He’s not quite into tying yet so these fit the bill nicely.

Everything was great EXCEPT, I bought these for my student with cerebral palsy and a brace around his leg/ankle (a condition for which these shoes were designed,,,zipper in the back in order to allow the brace to more easily be inserted into the shoe). Once he put the brace in and the shoe on, the velcro kept coming undone because the velcro strap wasn't long enough or strong enough to accommodate the brace. I'm very unhappy about it. Now I need to figure out a way to modify the shoe to keep the velcro attached. I'm not sure how.

I love the idea of no laces for these but that zipper closure is not great either.

I was very pleased with my purchase. The delivery was right on time!! I have shared this sight with my sister to use.

My son is loving these. Very easy to put on and comfortable he says. I love the style. Goes with just about anything.

10 year old boy loves the comfort and look however after owning for 2 months, the velcro piece came off! Very poor quality and now he just wears one with the strap and one with out the strap because they are basically new. The zipper mechanism seems like a poor design since I haven't found it easier to put on by unzipping

The zipper on this shoe is positioned directly over the knob on my son’s foot. It gave him a blister and we had to return it.

Buyer beware- these fell apart after 3 months. The zipper broke on one shoe so it can no longer be worn. Just normal wear of an 11 year old boy. My son love the style and ease of getting on/off- too bad the zipper failed. Very disappointed, was going to buy in another color but certainly won’t be now.

Super duper narrow. Nike runs narrow in my opinion, so I ordered the wide size....not good enough. The minute I opened the box and looked at these sneakers I knew there was no way anyone with even a normal width foot was going to be comfortable in this shoe. Sadly, I'm going to have to find another good brand of sneaker for my son even though Nike's are my go to fave.

My son loves the look and comfort of these. The style is cool and unusual. However the quality is not what I would expect from Nike. The straps have come off and falling apart twice. I would not buy them again.

My son spends quite a bit of time on the court. He liked the way these looked at first but after a couple of days hated the way the seam on the inside from the zipper felt. Just distracting and annoying. I made him wear them anyway since we couldn’t return. But after 3 months the zipper broke anyway, so he was happy to get rid of these and go back to the regular lace ups. Won’t be buying again.

Sadly the zipper broke within a very short time :( This isn't the first time we have bought these shoes, and I have never had this issue before.

These shoes looked great at first. They wore down really quickly. My son got huge blisters from walking on the pavement. The zippers fell apart as well. Disappointed.

I would like to add to my previous review but don’t know how to edit it from my phone. Zappos was amazing in helping me by exchanging the sneakers for another pair. I will always do business with Zappos, the negative review is for the actual product.

These were comfortable and cute for the (barely) two months my son had them before they fell apart. The Velcro straps split which caused them to not stay up and they were basically unusable after that. I’m very disappointed in these. Usually Nike has good products, but these were trash. Save your money. Don’t get these.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! My son’s shoes also broke after little use just like all the other commenters have stated. I’m waiting to hear back from Zappo’s to see if a return or exchange is possible.
