I've always bought UGG insoles as a way to refresh last year's old boots that I wear every day in winter. These are at least the third pair I've bought and the quality of these is nothing like the previous ones I've bought. They say Made in China, their inpacked "instructions" are in every language except English, and they are truly nothing like the ones I've gotten in previous orders. They are narrower than my boots so that I can feel the edge when I wear them. There is no finishing stitching around the edge of the shearling, and the glue is gooping out at the edge of where the "heel" is glued to the sole, and they are really just cheap. But the worst part of it is that they're $5.00 more than the last pair I bought. These are really terrible!! If I didn't really need new insoles in my favorite boots, I'd return them, but even uncomfortable, they're better than nothing!

I am very disappointed!! Although these Ugg insoles appear to be made very well, they are too hard and too thick to be an Ugg. I can NOT wear them in my Uggs (I have been an Ugg wearer since 1986 when they were called the ugly boot.) they are so hard and thick that my heal uncomfortably rubs against the back of the boot and the boot becomes too tight to wear. How could Uggs do this?!! However, I found the insole to work well in my rubber boots. I am very disappointed in Uggs and will be giving them a call in hopes that someone will listen. I do not suggest these insoles for wearing with Uggs.

My dog ate insoles of my ugg slippers I was about to put them in a trash but came across to these insoles and looks like I have a new ugg slippers! So fluffy and warm. I’d definitely but it again.

awesome product, I dont c the difference between this insole and the old style.

I bought these insoles hoping they’d allow me to continue to wear my favorite four year old Ugg suede loafer style driving mocs because the insides were completely worn away. I am very happy with my purchase. They fit perfectly, are super soft and comfortable and gave new life to my old shoes. They e exceeded my expectations as it’s been three weeks and they still look and feel new.

I’m not sure why others have an issue with these insoles. I purchased to replace insoles in ugg slippers and they are fine. They are fluffier and ore sturdy than the originals and am happy with purchase.

I don't know what pair of Uggs these are supposed to work with, but I tried them in 3 different pairs that I own and they are not a good replacement for any of them. In addition they are very cheaply made, with only a flat piece of foam and barely any cozy fur filling. I do not recommend these.

On the left are my Ugg slippers purchased some 20 years ago--my all time favorite slippers with soles totally destroyed (and Ugg insoles long since shredded and missing). On the right are my newly resoled slippers with their new Ugg insoles from Zappos. (Thank you, Zappos! The official Ugg site didn't have them in the right size.) I find the insoles need to be purchased a size smaller than the boot or slipper. I ordered a size 8 but had to order a 7 for the right fit. The inserts are soft, cushy, warm, wonderful.

These were great replacements for my coquette slippers. I had worn through all of the fur on the bottom and these insoles made them feel like new! as other reviews note they are slightly narrower then the slipper, but I don't notice it. I wish Ugg made these in more colors because my slippers are black!

I have uggs from 4 years ago. The insoles were completely worn down. I never thought to order insoles until the other day. These insoles are perfect. My boots feel like new again. I ordered a second pair for my other boots. Best idea ever.

I bought these to replace the ones I bought years ago. They have doubled in price, but still worth the money. I use them in my UGG slippers and they are perfect! Definitely recommend...you can use them in your boots too. (Bought a pair for my Hunter boots).

I added these to a pair of boots that aren’t uggs and they fit well and made them much cozier!

WAY too narrow. I put these in my slippers and kept feeling like I was tilting sideways from the thick shearling only in a narrow strip down the middle of my slippers. I feel less like I'm going to fall over since they've flattened out a bit, and the shearling is lovely but these are cut obscenely narrow.
