I have always used New Balance. This pair that I got the right foot seems loose. The left fits fine. Not sure why this is. I wear them for work so I am on my feet a lot.

I wore these at church for a half hour before my arches began to hurt...a lot. I made it through the service (and the trip home) then I put away these and will NOT wear them again again without adding arch supports. My old New Balance walking shoes are on my feet now....they cost twice as much but at least I am not IN PAIN.

Very disappointed in these. Not as comfortable as past shoes, and seems very cheap quality. Ran short. And incredibly, has a pointed toe! Returning. Awful

This was the third Model 608 men's sneaker I have bought. The first two were really good. The third one, which I have returned, was very disappointing. The soles were lumpy, and there was a pressure point in the right inner upper. Uncomfortable for a fellow on his feet all day at work.

These shoes are heavy and I don't like thicker heel. I couldn't buy my regular style, due to out of stock. This has caused me to have lower back pain, now I'm in physical therapy. I play a lot of Pickleball and these shoes weren't comfortable. I've already worn them 2x and I cant return.

These are the most painful shoes I have ever worn. Tried this because I good not find 411s in my size and color. After trying to break them in, they almost feel like I have the shoes on the wrong foot.
I may need to leave the brand after decades.

I cannot wear this product as the toe box is too narrow having just purchased the 840 in 10.5 D width which has a rounded toe. The 608 in 10.5 D width was too narrow in the forefoot which aggravated my Posterior Tibialis Tendonopathy. I will return to the Asst Store Mgr of NB Brandywine in DE along with the defective 715 trainers. The two (2) pair he recommended were not in stock nor was their availability published.

I do a lot of walking and my last pair of New Balance 608 got a hole in the top mesh part so I ordered the above pair and have developed a blister on my toe. I wish I could return them as they are not comfortable but I have already worn them outside hoping they would start to feel better but they haven't.

I have worn these sneakers for many years. I never got a pair with defects in them like this pair. I returned them to a local store, and it remains to be seen if I will buy another pair. I lost the customer coupon I had in this sale/return, and I was unable to get it back for a future use!

If I had not thrown away all the packing and box's I would return these shoes. After wearing them a few hours they made the bottom of my feet burn so badly I had to take them off.

I ordered the same size always wear but they too short. Also the width across the ball of the foot, right foot shoe was visibly wider than the left.

While these shoes feel sturdy enough for hiking/trail use, even the wide size is not wide enough (I normally wear a W in this brand), and I can't wear these shoe for more than about 1/2 mile without my feet starting to scream at me. unfortunately i had to wear them outside to learn this so this was a complete waste of money.

I wore them (outside walking) and therefore I can't return them. I don't have the original box because I thought they fit great, until I went for a walk. In about half a mile I could feel the pain in my foot. I would have returned them, but I cannot. I have an older pair of New Balance and they fit fine. So it's not across the board.

I think I have ordered this shoe in the past and loved it. The current pair is entirely too large. Like another person said you can not pull the laces tight enough to keep the shoe on. Should have listened to her. New Balance are about the only shoe that I can comfortably wear because of hip issues and nerve damage but ordering the same style ( the 608's) has become a roll of the dice as to whether or not they will fit. the local NB store doesn't always carry the style I prefer. Sad.

I ordered one size up because I always need to do that for New Balance. Length was fine. Toe box was too small: too narrow and too short. Toe was also really pointy.

I love the look of this shoe, and I thought it was great with my usual 7.5 wide. After wearing for a month, my toes started hurting because the shoe was pushing my foot forward. I even ordered an 8 later because I liked the style and sole stability so much. But after trying on, the same thing was happening. I think it's a design flaw that the heel pushes your foot forward. Too bad because it's a beautiful shoe.

This was not good. The fit around the ball of my feet was so tight, the leather upper would never have stretched for a decent comfortable fit. Normally I buy a size 10 in this type of shoe, so I ordered a 10.5..
Still too tight. Walking feel was not what I expected.

New Balance doesn’t make shoes the way they used to. Quality and fit has gone down. These were so wide I could not even pull the laces tight enough and the entire top of the shoe bunched up.
