Theyre great an all, comfy, look as good as expected, but i feel like mine are defective. The right shoes sole is thicker than the left, so it feels like im walking with a limp or something a lot. other than that great, just annoying

They are not true to size, I have bought three pair for different people of your shoes in the past four weeks and none of them were right, I had to return all three for exchanges. Mine were too short and I ordered my usual size 9 in womans. To short on all the pairs, and to wide in the heal, you should offer half sizes.

Sole is so thin that foot touches the asphalt

Shoes do not fit. I ordered the same size as my current pair of Hey Dudes

The color of the shoes on the website is completely different than the product I received.

Sizes are small vs reality and bands are too tight

Really like the look but they dont tighten at all so someone with a normal or narrow foot could not wear these. Trying to return for a smaller size to see if that will help or not.

There is so little support that my sons foot constantly slides off the inside is the shoe. For the price I think that is unimpressive.

Plastic part holding shoelace already broke off

Somehow the shoe is too big and too small at the same time. I usually fit most any size 12 fine. These I can slide my foot forward nearly an inch inside. In spite of all the room, the shoe is always assaulting my toes.

They have a hole and it hasn't been even one month

My son wore 2x and the front pulled away from the bottom making a hole in the front. Very disappointed.

Way to small. Had to give them away.

Horrible product. These aren't real shows, sure they're light but the material is so thin that they can't really stay on. I have a wide foot and these shoes were too wide yet the sole was too short. They don't make half sizes so for me a 12 (which is my normal size) is too small, but then a 13 would be too big. But then with how loose they fit in the width going up a size might be even looser. So id say they're oversized in the width and under sized in the length.

Worst pair I've ever owned. The soles allow water to seep through when the ground is wet. I'm not talking walking through puddles. Just moisture on a sidewalk. Wore them once. Reached out to customer service. Won't replace for different. I can say I'll never buy a pair of Hey Dudes again. Extremely disappointed.

Tried them on and these are not the Wallys I know and love. You can't tell from the photos but there is a huge weird plasticy thing on the side, supposedly for ventilation. It's horribly scratchy

they are way to big..i ordered my size...i have written to compay trying to return them ..i havent heard anything back

Your customer service is complete trash. Tried to cancel my order the day I placed it and you wouldn't let me. Tried to return them and you all wouldn't let me because it was past 30 days.

Terrible customer service. I had free shipping and got charged for it. I spoke with "someone" on a chat which did not help me. It seemed like a bot as they kept repeating the same thing.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and did not receive one of the pairs. I have sent 3 emails to support and heard nothing back.
