The shoes are great (cute and comfy), but I’m writing to commend Zappos customer service. Five minutes after opening these I headed upstairs to get dressed, and when I came back down our dog had chewed up one shoe and was working on the second one. He had never done this before, but I think the faux fur made them look like puppy toys. I was so disappointed that I called Zappos hoping they might give me a discount on a replacement pair. The customer service rep was extremely nice, said these things happen, and shipped out a replacement pair at no additional charge. Very impressive!

Ordering up at least one-half size is a must. The shoe is very lightweight, arch support was in the right spot even with the half size up. However, the four elastic straps across the instep were just too tight for comfort. If you have a high instep this shoe may not be for you.

Fit is perfect! These are so comfortable I could wear them all day!!! I am usually barefoot or a flip flop girl! Have them on now heading to the Ice Hockey rink!

I loved this shoe but unfortunately will be returning it. I ordered a full size up as recommended because 10 1/2 is not offered. It was slightly large but would have been okay with a heavy sock. There was too much arch support in the wrong spot for me, and the toe box was tight across my bunions. I'm so grateful for Zappos excellent return policy. Thank you.

These are very cheaply made and I wish I hadn’t wore them outside until I was sure about the fit. Run small. They are worth 1/3 of what I paid. Positive thing is that they are very warm.

Fit is great---I have a wide foot and thick ankle and these fit great. Love how light weight they are.

This is my second pair of these shoes. My first pair is not really worn out after 5 years. I bought the to wear as slippers because they have soles and I wear them everywhere. They are so comfortable and my feet never hurt. They have a fuzzy lining too. Love them!

I love these shoes! I bought the light brown (tan) and loved them so much I went right on Zappos and bought the black. I’ve been looking for shoes I can wear for a looong time. I could only wear vionic. Now I found bzees. I can wear these all day long. They feel like I’m wearing comfy slippers! Love love love them. Just FYI, they do run small lengthwise. So order a half size bigger. They have nice cushioning and nice arch support. The only thing I would change on these shoes is the tongue. Please Bzees, fix this. You can’t just slip them on because you have to hold the tongue while slipping your foot in.

Very comfortable, very light shoe but it runs short. I m 9 1/2 , ordered a 10 but big toe is a bit squeezed. Will try n 11

Fun little slip on shoe. Sole seems more slippery than grabby so maybe not for ice or snow. Very cushy inside.

This model has a gel pad under heel which is exactly what I need for my heel pain from plantar fasciitis. And the arch support is surprisingly good. Definitely go up 1/2 to one whole size. I went up 1/2 size from my “recommended “ size after reading reviews. Could have went up a whole size for a little more toe room. 95 percent of my heel pain is gone when wearing these.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on. It’s like walking on pillows

Very lightweight and comfortable right out of the box. The tongue of the shoe needs to be held when slipping these on but other than that, these are pretty much perfect for cold weather!

This shoe runs small. I followed previous reviews and order a half size up. I feel like I could have gone up a full size, but I'm going to keep these. I'm not sure I will be able to wear with socks. An annoyance I have is that the tongue is not fixed. The "laces" are fake so the tongue should be fixed. Therefor, the tongue moves every time I put the shoe on, so you can't just slide your foot into the shoe; it requires hands to hold onto the tongue as you slip your foot it.

Perfect - like walking on air

This is the first fully closed shoe I have worn in a long time. The shoe is so comfortable right out of the box. No break-in time needed. I will definitely be checking out more shoes in this brand in the future.

Fantastic! I have a hard time finding shoes comfortable for my size 8 flat feet, but these are amazing. True to size, just the right support, and so so warm! I absolutely love them!

Perfect fit!

I really like this shoe. Besides being cute, it is warm and fits my bunion foot and is soft and comfortable. The first wearing rubbed a bit at the side of my big toe and side of foot where the seaming is. After wearing pads the next time the seam got softer and feels great now, no rub. I would buy them again.
