Fit and size is true. No arch support but this works well for adding my custom orthotics. I love Chucks and have had many pairs over the years. The scallop detail on these is suede and SO adorable. Also love that the toe is canvas instead of rubber like most Chucks. It gives them a little softer look and they also stand out from typical Chucks.

After some trial and error with style and sizing I have the perfect fit with these. Sorry to have ordered and returned the different sizes and styles but it helped to get the perfect fit color and style! Thanks Zappos!

I’ve never needed to order a half size larger or smaller for any shoe. I’m a true 9 but should have ordered the 8 1/2 as suggested by another reviewer. I kept them anyhow and put in an insole. Love the color and the style.

These are the absolute cutest shoes. The scalloped edges add that special touch. The color and style can’t be beat. That said these are chucks so there are no frills on the comfort. I normally wear an 8 but went with 7.5. 8 was just too long. Both sizes feel narrow. I was hoping to swap out the insoles for something more comfy but the insoles aren’t removable. Definitely keeping these but may not use them for days when I’ll be on my feet for many hours.
