I have literally scoured the earth over the past decade to replace my ever beloved One Star slides from like 1998! They were the best shoes I ever owned. So naturally I jumped when I saw these. They’re not the same as the classics but they’ll fit the bill! I had to reorder as they ran a small. Not your typical converse that run big. I wear and 8.5, sometimes an 8 and needed to order a 9 in these. They do have a slight lift in the toe just like pictured but I suspect in time they will break down to be flatter.

First off, make sure you order a half size up! I'm normally an 8 and I definitely needed an 8.5. My foot hardly fit into the 8. These are not the most comfy shoe I've ever worn, they are slightly heavy and clunky to walk in but I'm keeping them because they are so cute! They do seem to have some kind of squishy memory foam of some kind built in but I'm hoping I end up stretching them out a bit and breaking them in to be slightly more comfy.

I've bought these slides many times over the years and I love them, however...the foot bed is cloth this time and it's slippery and they're hard to keep on. Hopefully they go back to leather or something not as slick next time. Maybe they will be less slippery with age, in all fairness they just arrived.

My 15 year old son said they were cool. That's all we need to know!

I jumped on these when I saw them because I’ve never gotten over my old Chuck Taylor All Star Cutaway EVO Slip-On Ox shoes that I purchased here in 2013. I *adored* those shoes and have pined away for them, with regrets that I didn’t buy them in every color. Anyway, these are as close as I’m ever going to get, I suppose. I do like these a lot. They’re cute and comfy, but to me there’s a little weirdness in the way they feel from the cushioning standpoint. The cushioning feels like it’s higher/thicker toward the front of the shoe than it does in the heel area. This leaves me feeling like I have to make a bit of a concerted effort to ensure that it stays on as I walk. I bought these in two different colors and have the same “issue” with both. Other than that, they’re great.

Go 1/2 size up as recommended they run small. So thank you

Awesome Fit & Comfort

These Converse One Star Sandal Slips are cute. They are not quite as comfortable as I had hoped. They are a little difficult, at first, to keep on your feet while waking.

OBSESSED! I had a version of the classic One Star slides back in the last 90's and wore them to shreds. I have casually looked for a replacement forever. So glad these came back. Had to reorder to get the right size, once I did they're perfect! Just ordered a second pair in black.

Comfy day off slides! I’m usually a 7 1/2 (stupid wide feet) in most shoes so that’s what I originally ordered in the grey. They ended up being a little too big in length so I exchanged it for a 7 and they’re perfect! Now debating on ordering the black but after reading the reviews, some said they had to go a 1/2 size up. Hoping there’s not a inconsistency issue with sizes between the 2 colors. I’m happy I purchased them and they will be my go to’s for the summer. Just a note, my foot is wide so they might be too wide for those of you with normal or narrow feet.

I have purchased Converse One Star Slides in the past for my daughter. I bought them until I couldn't find them any more. Emma likes a slide and an open toe. She fell in love with the Converse. These are so cute. I purchased both colors. The other color is more green which I think is beautiful. Love them both!

Cute slide/sandal! They are a little narrow on my feet and felt a little small in terms of the length. I’m hoping that they will stretch a little to accommodate my slightly wider foot.

I am normally a woman's 7.5 in High Top All Stars and an 8 in Shorelines. Ordered the 7.5 and it was too small in length. Returning for the 8. They are supper comfortable and don't seem to fly off. Length was just a bit too short on the 7.5.

Really was excited to receive this shoe as I love the look, but it is wider than I expected and almost "flies" off my foot when I take a step.

A few years ago I had canvas Converse slides and loved them so much I wore them to pieces. I’ve been on the hunt for Converse slides every year since and was blissed out to see these offered. They are cute... they are comfortable... they are generally awesome. I would say these are true to size. I ordered a half size smaller as Converse usually runs large and Zappos suggested a half size smaller, but this is almost too small. So order true to size... I am making these work as I love them too much to exchange.

I loved the look of them but had to return, as they were hard to walk in. It took effort to hold on foot.

Very comfortable

Very cool shoes, hoped to really like them. They are narrow, so order 1/2 size larger. The sole is thick, which is fine, except in the front it looks too thick for my tastes. This shoe would have been perfect with a thinner sneaker type sole. Very comfortable, so if that doesn't bother you, go for it.

At first, they were a bit snug. - looser after an hour. I think this shoe has very nice lines. I would've purchased more colors-even at a higher price. but NOT in Suede. I find that material to be so impractical for Summer wear! Suede stains so easily. Water and dirt are very much a part of Summer...

Fairly sturdy sandal, good for walking on pavement. The strap can be a little unforgiving at first, so at least on my feet it felt like it pulled a little hard at first. The sole also felt pretty hard, but a little breaking in made me realize its well cushioned, without being too soft or too hard. Overall feel like these will last awhile and I like the sporty but casual look for everyday out n about wear.

I really wanted to love these because they are so cute, but they unfortunately didn’t work for me. The sole was just to thick and clunky. If they were flat like regular chucks, I probably would’ve kept them. Such a bummer.

These slide off your feet, and make it difficult to wear.Ive purchased converse slides before, but these have a bit of height to them, and the fit is completely different.
