The Zappos site images simply do not do justice to these strappy versatile dress sandals from Munro. The Willa is incredibly flattering, stylish, and elegant (even on my aging extra-wide feet). The best part, though, is that the well-proportioned 3” chunky heel and 1.5” beautifully padded footbed/platform are the same as used on my lamentably irreplaceable Munro Kirstens. Right out of the box, the design and materials make it possible for me to walk and stand in them for hours -- even on cement floors -- with zero discomfort to my usually temperamental feet and ailing knees, AND without the slightest trace of LOOKING like comfort shoes. After seeing one of the questions, I too was concerned that the strap across the ball of the foot might be a problem since it isn’t adjustable, but my wide feet slipped right into place. Munros are definitely worth the money. I’ve been wearing my black Munro Kirstens several times a week year-round for almost three years, and while you can tell they aren’t fresh out of the box, they (you wouldn’t believe where they’ve been) are in no way worn -- even the heels show no signs of wear. I don’t mean to gush, but these are great! WARNING: not all Munros have the comfy 3” heel/1.5” platform found in the Kirstens and Willas. I have a couple of pairs of very chic zippered slings that look fantastic and are comfortable for a day at the office walking on carpeted floors, but -- counterintuitive though it seems -- their lower heels and thinner footbeds and soles make them considerably less comfortable for walking and standing on cement, in airports, etc., at least for me.

Two ways to adjust ankle.... no way to adjust toe strap which as it turns out is pretty big vs the ankle which at its intended setting is crazy tight. Loved it to death but there is no way to make the toe strap tighter. The ball of my foot and toes are flopping around in this shoe. BTW rubber sole = no dance floor. This is not a dancing appropriate shoe.

An immediate yes! Amazingly comfortable and walkable. I had hesitated ordering these because I was afraid they might look a bit cheap -- but they're great and the silhouette is very cool. The curved ("rocker?") front part of the platform makes walking very easy.

Great shoe, great fit! Wish they had more colors! Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous yet comfortable shoe, which is rare to find when you have WW feet. The ankle strap is just not long enough for my ankles.

I can wear heels! I struggle with my size 5 extra wide feet with bunions and Morton’s neuroma. I haven’t been able to wear anything resembling a heel in years. I also have not had luck with this brand in the near past for flats and booties, but due to the reviews, I gave them a shot. They truly are comfortable and supportive. I don’t dare wear heels all day, but I have worn these to several evening events and had no issues! Typically if I try to wear a heel I have nerve pain for days after, but these do not put pressure on my toes so no pain. They are quite an investment though so I hope they last forever...

I love these shoes. They're stylish, comfortable and they have a platform so they add a little height to my 4' 11" frame. And they don't look like they were made for someone who bought them because it was the only thing they could find that was comfortable. Very cute!

Absolutely the most comfortable pair of sandals I own. Could walk in them for hours. I have a wide foot, so the fact that the toe band isn't adjustable didn't bother me at all.

First of all. Yes. They are expensive. But they will be the most comfortable pair of heels you will ever own. Finally a great style with comfort ! Thank you! Keep these new styles coming

Beautiful sandals -- love the height with the stability of a platform.

This is a nice looking shoe and the footbed is extremely comfortable and supportive. The straps across the top of my feet need to be tight to keep me from flopping around, but I think that will ease over time. The one big negative, however, is that the dye from the straps across the toes bleed and turn my skin black! If I want to switch shoes at the end of the day, I have to wash my feet :(

These shoes are fabulous! Much more comfortable than they appear, love that they come in size WW (it's hard to find cute extra wide shoes) and love that my pinkie toes don't come out the sides. I will wear these for ages!

These shoes are very comfortable and stylish! I walk in these shoes all day at work. Very good quality also. I have a very narrow foot and have great difficulty finding shoes that fit me properly. These shoes fit like a glove!

The most comfortable shoes on the world. I am not a girly-girl and don't like to be bothered to dress up. But when I have to, I look forward to wearing these shoes. I could run in these heels. It's almost as if they have magic girly-girl energy that makes you want to spring down the street...it puts confidence in your step! I wouldn't change a thing about the Munro Willa ... But if I did, I would add a bit more flare to the front, maybe a more intricate swirly pattern stamped into the leather.

I haven't actually worn the shoes out yet. But in trying them on, they seem comfortable. They are also one of the few shoes these days that I have been able to find in a narrow width and with great ankle adjustment for skinny ankles. They are a bit clunkier than the sleeker profile shoes I prefer. But given how hard it has been to even find this one in a true narrow, I am happy with it.

I have wide, flat feet, so wearing many stylish shoes can be a challenge. Wearing a strappy sandal is nearly impossible. To my amazement, this shoe fit! These are amazingly comfortable--right out of the box. Well done, Munro! I only wish they came in more colors.

Awesome shoes. I wore them all day, and my feet feel great. I wish they came in a few more colors other than black & white. I will wear these until the snow comes. Finally something that looks dressy, without putting strain on my ankles.

If you have wide feet and short toes, this shoe is not for you. I ordered a 7WW and the shoe is not a true WW. The foot bed was very soft and cushioned and the shoes are beautiful. They would have been very comfortable if the forefoot strap didn't squish my toes. Sadly I have to return them. They could improve on the shoe by making both straps adjustable and the shoe would be a little more attractive if the straps were not so thick, but otherwise a beautiful shoe for those who do not have my Hobbit-like feet.

I ordered a size 7 wide. I’m usually 6.5-7 but these were just a tad small in the 7. I’ve had that issue w Munros recently, being a bit small as far as the length. I may return for a 7.5. However, I could tell that they are very comfortable!

I was wanting a dress shoe that I could wear with dresses. Although the fit and width seemed close to the fit I needed, the height of the shoe was probably 1/2"-1" too high. I just didn't feel comfortable with wearing them. I've had several platform shoes before & really liked them...this one wasn't for me.

I am a women's 12W. I tried these shoes on and they felt too narrow below my arch, closer to my heel. Plus, where the strap goes over the toes, it felt like it was too far forward and needed to be moved back a bit, closer to the end of my toes, not up top at the beginning. Here's a positive though, i've never, ever tried on a sandal where I could feel the arch support. I did in this one. If everything else would have worked out I would be keeping them. Alas, back they go. :-(

Loved the sandals, was happy with the fit and comfort. Not so much with the quality. The strap is detaching from the sole after about wearing the sandals about 10 times. Extremely disappointing.

These shoes are like wearing a rocking chair! I felt so unstable. I really don't know why anyone would or if anyone could walk in them. Style and comfort are great.
