When I first opened the box and saw the shoe I was a little disappointed because it looked like there was carpeting on the shoe. And then I tried them on! They are the most comfortable shoes I have owned in a very long time. I am in Registered Nurse working 12-14 hour days so I really need comfort. I highly recommend these shoes especially if you’re on your feet for long periods.

Very happy with these shoes. The past couple of years I've worn the Dansko clog style shoes and I ended up with feet, knee, and back pain. Three days in these sneakers and all that is gone. The first day or two the insole did feel stiff to walk/stand on, but after those first couple of days my feet and body adjusted and now they just feel full, amazing support and comfort. I've been wearing them for about 2 weeks now and they have been very comfortable for my 9 to 10 hours a day vet tech job. Would absolutely buy them again in the future.

I have such high arches and these feel great !

I wear an exact 7.5 and this shoe fits perfectly. It is comfortable all day walking or standing. They don’t have too much bounce or lift. I don’t feel like I’m standing on stilts. I like his shoe a lot and would purchase them again.

Very fun and comfortable shoes with removable insoles for my inserts.

I thought I would love these shoes. Unfortunately, the description did not mention the offset (drop) of this shoe. Apparently it is much higher than I am used to wearing. I noticed it immediately when I tried them on. Otherwise, a very nice shoe.

this is my second pair of Nurse mates align shoes. I walk on concrete floors all day. These shoes are light; very comfortable; give my legs great support. They give my body great support. They are worth the money for the comfort they give me

Wide toe box area, which is great since I have broken toes. Having custom orthotics made and these shoes will accommodate great!

This shoe may work for others but it did not for me and I would not buy this brand again. Due to the Align insert it raises your heel which forces your toes to the edge of the shoe. I found at the end of the day the edge of my toes were very sore from constant rubbing and it was even starting to wear the polish off of my toenails. They also left my heel hurting pretty badly after 10 hrs on my feet. I would struggle to call these slip resistant. I am a chef and frequently use nursing shoes and pants for my uniform, and these shoes did not perform well with just water. After mopping my kitchen floor, when almost dry, I was sliding consistently. I also struggled with any small areas of water from using a commercial dishwasher and I felt that eventually I would slip and be injured if I continued to use these shoes, which is the main reason I am returning them. When I reviewed these shoes on Amazon there were several reviews that stated the shoe that arrived was not what was pictured and that was also the case for me here. The shoes are listed here as "Nursemates" on the bottom and have the small heart logo on the side of the shoe in the picture. The shoes that were shipped read as "Align" on the bottom and do not have the heart logo on the side of the shoe. I went to the Nursemates website and could not figure out the difference, but others had stated this newer shoe is not as good as the previous Nursemates.

These shoes have a wider toe box, which is great! I recently was casted for custom orthotics and these shoes should be perfect for them.

These shoes are fantastic. So comfortable, so supportive and sporty looking. I have a crazy knee and I need shoes with great support and I'm thrilled to have found these shoes. I will be buying another pair.

I am on my feet all day at work. I have tried several brands of shoes and found these to be fantastic! It took a few days to get used to them as the other brands I have worn did not support and align my feet correctly. The shoes are amazingly lightweight. The material is soft and spills clean off easily. I will definitely wear nurse mates from now on. Every at work comments on how cute they are!

So cute except I felt like I was rocking forward in them. High arch and it felt like I was in heals almost. Too “tilted” for my taste.

These shoes are very comfortable and feel good on my feet. My only 'complaint' is that I wish they would be all black without the white accent patches. Minor cosmetic detail.

Great shoes, so comfy and cute. Love the woven blue. The fabric is both very breathable for the warm weather and a great multi color that goes with many things. I just recently found this brand and very pleased that I did.

I have been wearing these for work in a hospital five days a week for approximately one year and they have been great! They are, so far, the most supportive and comfortable shoes I’ve worn as a physical therapist over the past eight years. I plan to buy another pair when these wear out!

Day 3 of wearing these and I think I will like them. The arch support it definitely there, it just a different fit from the shoes I have been wearing so I'm still getting used to it. BUT the insole does come out, so if it ends up not working I can change that to one I like better.

These were really good for work during my time as a medical assistant and okay for use among the young and elders, alike. The purple color is cutesy and matches a variety of scrub styles.

I have bought a lot of non slip shoes for work, and these are honestly the best shoes I've bought! They are comfortable and light weight. I love them!

Hard to find a shoe that my orthotic will fit into that looks nice. I have to wear athletic type shoes, even at work because of physical challenges with walking. Wanted something heavier for cooler weather and this fills the bill.

The shoes feel really good! I've made the mistake of ordering half number too small but that was my mistake, returned to Zappos and ordered the right size this time! Very happy now.
