Haven't used back with it attached yet in the field, but have it attached while training and it doesn't rub on my arm which is a plus. It will fit various little items, perfect for what I wanted.

Lifgter and fit for my GPS (7" height) attached on the shoulder belt.

I bought this a month ago, as add ons to my mystery ranch backpack, perfect color match and its real handy to keep your cellphone, gum or even lip balm handy and secure while hiking.

Well made, sturdy feel, right size for me (L), and they anchor solidly to the hipbelt once attached. I bought these after trying a less expensive version from another brand. I returned the others after trying to install them and discovering the attachments left them so loose they would not stay in place and required two hands to zip/unzip. These pockets are better in every way.

I bought these for the waist band on my pack and they are perfect size for calls, keys and phones.

Bought this item a month ago and immediately took it to Arches and Canyonlands for some field testing (hiking). Fits very snug with the MOLLE system and provides easy access to snacks, phones and whatever you may want/need while out on the hike. I have the small and the large, bought at different times so you know it works well and is top quality.

Large pockets are a great addition to the pack. They will fit a small handgun.

My hip belt pouch is complete with two of these, a water bottle holder, and a bear spray holster. With this setup, I have more room on my hip belt than I could possibly need. Easily enough for some snacks, some hot hands, a headlamp, a pair of glove liners, and room for more. I haven't tried putting my phone in them yet as I like to have that more at the ready. I may try and get the tech holster to attach to the shoulder strap, or I may get the FHF chest rig. Either way, this forager pocket is a must for your hunting pack, in my opinion.

I am a huge fan of all mystery ranch products. The forager pocket is a necessity on packs. Great quality as is everything that mystery ranch makes.

I buy a pair of these to go on every pack! Definitely wouldn't go without, they are a great stash pocket for quick access or can't lose gear. Usually keys in the off hand one and a magazine or release in the other one so they are easily grabbed.

I bought the Forager Pocket to organize the items I normally carry in the top pockets of my pack. This meets the requirement. Quality is good. This item is only a single compartment piece, so if you're looking for multiple compartments, ask Mystery Ranch to build a multi-compartment organizers.

I move this pocket between hunting packs for my rangefinder and it fits it perfect. Can also work well on the waist for essentials like lip balm, sunscreen, wind check.

Got a pair of large pouches for my terraframe 50 and the seem perfect so far. Good size to store a large modern cell phone (I have a pixel 3 xl) plus some other small items. The large is definitely not too much to use on a pack waist belt, seems like a more useful size than the small based on dimensions.

This works well with my pack. I can put my truck keys and other small items in there with the pack on my back.

Great pouch, I bought a small and a large pouch and both are great. can easily open them with one hand. The only thing that I do not prefer on these pouches is the snap buttons to on the molle connections. I frequently have these pop open while I am hunting.

Mystery Ranch quality is always there. However, there is a few design gripes about the bag. 1. The bag is very much on the small side. I've ordered the large size, and it can barely just fit my iPhone 6s. So it is going to be very hard for folks with larger cell phones. 2. As the bag is designed to be a kidney pouch. I would hope they split the design to left/right zipper. So it's not going to be awkward working the zipper on the right side. 3. I would prefer the bag to have a more rigid back plate. So instead of the entire bag deforming while you are pulling the zipper, the bag can stay in its shape and allow a smooth operation of the zipper.

These fit well on a Kifaru frame. One thing that could be improved upon.I bought one for each side of the hip belt, and the zipper is only designed for one side - IE - it zips forward on one side and backwards on the other. If they could make a Left and Right pocket, it would probably be one of the best on the market. I bough the Large size and it fits an iPhone too.

Bought these specifically for the mule pack when I am running it on public land, I didn't have easy access to essentials like gear strap, platform strap, bow pull up cord etc. before I had to these I questioned whether or not I would use mule pack for Whitetail huntingwith the two forager pockets it had become a great whitetail pack. I primarily hunt from tree saddle.

I test ran a small forager pocket on my old NICE frame belt for a spring bear hunt in Alaska. It turned out being a great addition to the pack to store my back up release and a couple other items I always wanted at arms reach but organized and out of the way. Worked so well I got the larger version for the other side of the belt. Only complaint is I'd like a more robust connection point vs. the heavy duty snaps. They worked great but at one point one of the snaps came loose. Would have been a bad deal if I had lost that in the bush. I did end up using small zip ties as an insurance policy in case the buttons opened up.

Works great, would be a 5 star if they made a left and right side pocket so the zippers aren't different when on your pack. Also a quieter zipper if that's possible would be awesome. Also making it in all your camo colors not a must but would be nice.
